The Peninsula is a great place to stay when in Chicago for a shopping trip. It has a great location on Michigan Ave, easy to walk anywhere. The room was also surprisingly very quiet since the hotel was full. The staff was great, the food was awesome and I can't wait to go back again.

Three night stay for business, dental conference first week of Dec. each year. I try to stay in a different hotel in Chicago each trip, the Peninsula is by far the best. One of the best hotels I've stayed in, right up there with Villa La Massa in Florence & the Lodge in Sea Island, Ga. Convenient location, helpful, but...

We used to enjoy the Four Seasons Bar, but after the remodel it never felt the same. I stopped in for a drink at the Peninsula and was blown away by the quality of the food and the level of service at the Bar. I was immediately greeted and offered reading material. I enjoyed some of the outstanding Dim Sum...

Arrived around noon...staff took our luggage and cell phone number and texted when the room was ready. Upon check-in after text, Joy surprised us with an upgrade to a suite. She accompanied us to the suite and explained all of the technical controls. She was beyond amazing. We ordered early breakfast room service and it was superb. The rooms have...

We have been coming to the Peninsula for the past 15 years or so, and it has always been excellent. A stalwart of Chicago hotels, it is everything a hotel in the city should be. Centrally located, just offset from the heart of Michigan Avenue, shopping, restaurants, and attractions are all easily accessible. The hotel itself is stunning, with incredible...
