No real process for breakfast: you get to the breakfast lounge and help yourself for the breakfast. No one from the Staff would check your room number. I guess, however, Staff from the reception would notice if people from outside walked in the hotel and headed to the breakfast area. I guess it is possible for "external guests" to ask to be seated and have breakfast, but I don't know how it would work. Breakfast seemed to be inclusive in the accomodation for all guests, at the time of my stay.
