Teri's guest house in Wrigleyville, was again, a great place to stay. We had a large group that was in town for some baseball and the house was ready and welcoming when we arrived. Checking in is easy, the house is well appointed and very comfortable. We met some of the staff that keeps the house up and running and...

We stayed at the Chicago Guest House this week while in Chicago for a trade show. The house was perfect for our crew of 5 colleagues. There was plenty of space for each of us to have our own bedroom. The house had a really home-y, comfortable feel. The location was great because we could easily walk to public transportation...

Wondering if the Shoreline Suite is as nice in person? YES, and more. You will find everything you need, as though it were your own home. It's full of amenities (large and small), including a washer/dryer and even off-street parking. Six of us stayed and never felt like we were on top of each other. If you're a family or...

That's GREAT!! So so happy you enjoyed the place! Thank you-- I look forward to having you back! Teri

The listing description was very accurate and the place was bigger than what are seen in the photos and what we expected. The location is right in Wrigleyville, a few blocks from Wrigley field, and just 2 blocks from N. Clark Street, the main street of Wrigleyville. The backyard patio is a great place to hang out. I rented a...

The review is somewhat dated, as we first stayed with Teri in 2008 when we moved from the UK to Chicago in January with two toddlers - and never left - ok, we had to leave before the Cubs season really got underway. Seriously, Teri's hospitality and fully kitted-out flats were perfect for a family in transition. We needed only...

You're Cra-Cra-Crazy!!! YES, it's been a LONG, LOOOOOONG time, but I couldn't have asked for better neighbors for those months that you stayed! Loved every minute I spent with you and the kids! And the BEST perk of all--your feeding me!!! What an amazing cook!!!!! All the wine ++++!!! Ha! Thank you for the kind words. Big Hug and Kisses...

We had two apartments for a family graduation. The apartments were spotless, well supplied, attractive. Bedding was very comfortable. We loved it. Neighborhood was outstanding -- we used Red and Brown Line trains close by, did errands on N. Southport St., and the neighborhood was the perfect combination of quiet and active -- quiet tree lined streets, and then a...

So happy you enjoyed the neighborhood. And you're right--quiet tree-lined street just steps from all the excitement! As much as I love the city, I can't live without the quiet green spaces!! Look forward to your return. Teri

We found the two-level apartment tot be exactly as described. It was well maintained and clean. Every amenity that we needed was there. The apartment had a warmth that you do not find in a hotel room. The Wrigleyville community was charming. We felt completely safe there. Teri is very easy to work with and prompt to respond. I would...

My family of five stayed at this apartment this last weekend. Wonderful. Great location, Spotless. Well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and we all slept well. We all thought the decor was perfect. My granddaughter who is a decorator took lots of pictures of the rooms. The apartment is on two floors, and is very spacious. It also comes with...

This was my second time staying at this location. The first time was about eight years ago with some friends. This year I attended a fire conference in Indianapolis and told my coworker's that we should go to Chicago afterwards and I knew the perfect place to stay. Once again, we enjoyed ourselves and the accommodations were more than expected....

Staying in Wrigleyville

Neighbourhood Profile
Wrigleyville
This energetic sub-neighborhood, part of the larger Lakeview neighborhood, has a split personality. In the daytime you can stroll along its streets and enjoy a quiet meal, shop for gifts, walk along the row homes or sit peacefully in Graceland Cemetery. After dark, the neighborhood springs to life. Go bar-hopping along Addison and Sheffield Avenue or join the crowd at the historic Wrigley Field for live music. If there’s a Chicago Cubs baseball game in town, be prepared. Cubs fans can get a little rowdy and may prove to be a bit overwhelming if you're not expecting it.
