My husband And I stayed here in March and our expectations were exceeded. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable and the free breakfast was hearty and satisfying. We are always pleased with hyatt hotels. They have a standard you can count on. The hotel allowed us to park on site and their free shuttle took us to the airport. Shuttle staff was on time and friendly as well! Thank you!

Highly recommend this facility in Chicago if ever in the area. Very clean and well run by an exceptional staff. Everything throughout the hotel was as it should be unlike other hotels where we have stayed.

The staff at this hotel delivers outstanding customer service! If you’re considering this location you won’t be disappointed. This is my hotel of choice when I’m in Chicago. Only minutes from Midway Airport with nearby good food options.

When compared with other upper-mid level hotels, this hotel was excellent. It was very clean and careful attention was paid to maintenance details. It looked new even though it was not. For the price I paid on Hyatt's website, this was an excellent choice.

Hotel has free shuttle to/from, but it runs to several other properties too. Shuttle was PACKED. Breakfast is free, but starts at 6am. We left at 6am, and there was cereal, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and some fruit already available. Free coffee/tea in lobby.

We stayed at the Hyatt Place Chicago Midway for a mini family vacation to visit museums and downtown sites. Location was terrific for our needs. We were easily able to access the Chicago train and bus system, and avoid driving in all the downtown traffic! Already looking forward to our next visit.

The Hyatt Place Hotel is your typical mid priced hotel, nothing special. Hotel staff was nice and helped as much as they could. However, the parking lot is not a safe place to park your vehicle. There is no outdoor security. We parked in the second row right outside the front door. The security cameras that are randomly placed in the lot don't have much coverage. The area is very unsecure in general, and accessable to anyone. If you stay here I wouldn't leave anything valauable in your car, or park any newer vehicle since it may be stolen. There are several prior reviews of this happening to other customers. It is not a safe palce to park your car. We booked the hotel and parking package through parksleepfly.

The Hotel stay was good, nothing more than expected. However the parking was a different experience. After returning from a trip we found out that our car had been stolen from their lot. The car was parked right in front of the building, and there is no security. Terrible experience. I won't be going back there again.

I made this reservation at 10PM from Orlando when a last minute flight change occurred. They had no issues accommodating a last minute stay with a 2am arrival. There was even a shuttle from MDW and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend staying here!

The location and hotel aesthetics are nice. The bathroom needed a little more attention to detail when it was cleaned. The bed was not the most comfortable. The staff was always friendly. We were greeted each time we were in the presence of a staff member. The buffet offerings are decent.
