This is a high caliber hotel that I would recommend staying at. The views are some of the best around. For a downtown hotel, I found the rooms to be quiet. Everything was nice and clean upon check-in. This was my first time here, but I'll be coming back again.

I was coming into town for Business and pleasure for 3 days. I wanted to stay at a nice place, downtown and found the Blackstone. Check in was flawless. Ethan was very polite, professional and helpful. He set me up with a beautiful room overlooking lake MI. It was blew me away. The hotel and room were well laid out...

We stayed at the Renaissance Blackstone on the 'Festival of Lights' Saturday in November. Although it was busy, Tekita welcomed us and made our check-in easy and made sure our room had a terrific view of the park and lake as requested. The lobby, halls, and room were unique and glamorous. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only...

We stayed here for the weekend in Dec. 2016. We got a good deal via some cyber-Monday The customer service was excellent. Helped us with an early check in. Our room, facing the lake, was outstanding. Cons-There were some elements that were far less than perfect (broken chair in the corner-not only was it broken the material was all cracked)....

I visit Chicago every 3 weeks for a couple of days, mostly for work. This time I was able to spend an extra day. I stay mostly with Marriott hotels and the Blackstone was usually off my list because of cost. However, this time, the Blackstone had a competitive rate. From my check-in until I left it was a great...

From the moment I walked in and checked in, the service was amazing. Takita at the front desk was patient, accommodating and went above and beyond for us after I had mixed up our reservations. We were so grateful. Then later in the evening Vino in the concierge lounge was funny, kind and so helpful. As a Marriott Gold level...

Nice hotel, room was very small no place to sit and watch TV or read a book. Bed mattress was extremely soft, woke up with back pain in the morning. Good location, check in was fast and they held our bags while we attended a Bears game. Good locations for dinning and shopping.

I've traveled the world, and the Renaissance Blackstone is by far in my top 3 hotels. The service, attitude, and quality of the staff and facilities are without measure. I had to wait 1 hour for my room upgrade, but the wait was well worth it. Indescribable room on the 23rd floor with a bed fit for a king, amenity...

After a lovely visit to the Blackstone as a couple, we decided stay there again, this time as a family. The location of the hotel was directly across the street from White Sox fest which made the trip easy and stress free. The stay was even better the second time around. Just because this hotel is historic doss not mean...

This is the hotel to visit!!! The old style feel of the hotel is amazing, lobby is outstanding and beds are incredible! The highlight of the stay was the Front Desk Ambassador Tekita. Her smile, positive attitude and willingness to serve the guests is above and beyond. This hotel has a real gem in this associate!!!
