Was looking for an easy place to stay near an important meeting I was attending. Room didnt include a coffee maker, but I guess I appreciated not being tempted because of covid safety. Also received a wellness bag with a mask, alcohol wipes, a "button sleeve" for the remote... and there was a texting feature so you could text the front desk instead of having to touch the phone or go down in person... hours were unclear though so I did get ghosted the 2nd day lol... but it's nice that they're doing so much to make sure guests and staff are safe. Found trash under the bed, air conditioner was broke making it SUPER loud, but I didn't notify them. Felt comfortable and safe staying there. Great location if the world wasn't a dystopian nightmare, most of the bars/restaurants were closed from covid.…

I came to Chicago for an emergency. My original hotel changed my reservation without notice, so while at the airport waiting fo my lyft, the awesome young lady at Inn of Chicago told me not to worry come here and I’ll take care of you. She did just that!❤️

Please don't rent a room at this hotel. They falsely advertise their hotel rooms on their website. The lobby is gorgeous but as you get on the small and outdated elevator you kind of get an idea of what the rooms will look like, once we arrived at our floor, I knew the rooms were going to be F_ _ _ _ _ UP! The rooms were nasty. There were stains on the walls, headboard, and decorative pillows. This hotel has the nerve to advertise that the practice cleanliness in accordance to Covid 19, no they don't. And there was a dank and molded odor in our room. This was such a horrible play to stay even if it was an overnight stay. I will never book with them again and I plan on telling all of my family and friends to never stay there either. And I itched the whole night that I was there too. Probably because of the bed. There was a very pleasent stay in this hotel. The people was very kindly. It would be Good if the breakfast is included in the Price. The location of the hotel is very Good. It is in the center of the city with many places for breakfast, dinner, market and so on.

I mean you really can't beat this location. You are walking distance to everything on the Mag Mile. They have a bellman to open the door for you. Check in was easy however some other guest butted in front of me and was rolling a joint, yelling at the concierge about why can't she stay there. The concierge handled it well by continuing to help me and her at the same time. The hotel is 22 stories. They have a rooftop deck. The elevator is old and in poor shape. The rooms were just enough. I mean it's not super fancy at all but it's adequate and clean. My view was great, Bed was comfy. The walls are very thin. You can hear others next door talking, like full conversations. I booked through zenhotels.com and my room was $50. When I arrived I had to pay the resort fee $12 (which I knew about). I mean you really can't beat that price! I would stay again.…

Very helpful and friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed and very clean room. Location is very convenient. Check in was fast and efficient. The only minor issue was that the internet speed was slightly below average especially in the AM.

This was the least expensive hotel in the area and that’s why I booked it. It’s good if you’re looking for a cheap hotel but be prepared for some complications. The rooms are not modernized and very small. Some items in the room are broken. They do not provide room service - it’s simply door dash & you have to meet them in the lobby. That’s not room service. I often heard other guests in other rooms and the hotel staff are loud when they are in the hallway.

It is an older hotel but clean and nice. Location was perfect. The valet is a bit pricey but worth it especially since it was so cold. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Bathroom had a clogged sink but that’s an easy fix.

My family enjoyed stay ther. The rom was nice and the ammenities were perfect. Our young son had never been to a city as large and he was wowed! The rooftop lounge area view was extraordinary. My only complaint is the parking prices in the area, but considering the very modest room rates it was offset. Many things to do and see within walking distance. I will deffinately stay here again when we come back to Chicago.
