If location is your priority then this may be the hotel for you. The hotel looks ok from the outside and the lobby and bar area have been decorated to a good standard so the overall effect is that of a quality hotel. Until you get to your room. Stained carpets, peeling paint, discoloured mirror. The room was very small...

This hotel is in a great location. It's a few blocks to Navy Pier, a block from Millenium mile and around the block from a grocery store. Buses, Water Taxi and the L are close by. The room is OK. It's clean but the bathroom is small. Big deal since you will be out having fun and not in the...

Perfectly adequate centrally located hotel just off the Magnificent Mile. I had a small room with no view - fine for a short visit when using room just to sleep, but make sure to ask for a room with a view for longer stays.

Decent place if you don't spend a lot of time in the room. Small rooms, small bathroom, elevators are slow but for the price its not bad especially if you are out all day touring the city. I believe that if you stay at any Chicago hotel, parking should be free but oh well, its $43 a night.

We stayed for 2 nights. Positive first: good location, clean room, friendly staff and the best part- 22nd floor patio with a great Chicago skyline view! Negative: small dated room and very NOISY air conditioning! (Honestly, it can keep you up all night) Overall decent hotel in a Great city!

Stayed one night when in town for a concert. It was just okay. Nice lobby. Bed not too comfy. Decent location. Probably wouldn't stay again, I thought the Doubletree was nicer and less $$ last couple times we stayed.

Where do I begin with this hotel? Is it the rude employees, the discrepancies and non-communication between the different departments, or the fact that the hotel charged me twice for things they shouldn't have charged me for? Let me begin and save someone else the hassle. We decided to take a trip to Chicago, since we would be in neighboring...

My mom, son, nephew, and I spent 2 nights here in June. Very happy with the hotel. Our room was a nice size, bigger than some hotels we have stayed in when in Chicago. The staff was very pleasant. Our room was ready when we arrived at noon. The location is great, block from Michigan Avenue, a short walk to...

Stayed at the Inn on a quick overnight for business. The lobby was nice, with a decent bar and a really awesome Italian coffee shop. But my room was not as nice or sizable as some Super 8's I've stayed in. It was tiny, dark and had a really noisy air conditioning unit that woke me up all night when...

The Inn of Chicago is placed well to see many things in Chicago. We drove in and it was very easy to find, right off the Dan Ryan and keep going on Ohio and the hotel was on the left side. There was some road work going on right in front of the hotel but the valet was helpful in...
