Recently traveled to Chicago for a business conference and had a nice stay at the Hilton Chicago on South Michigan Avenue. Overall a nice stay and enjoyable conference. The hotel location is fantastic as it's right off the lake on Michigan Avenue, a hop, skip and jump from Grant Park. Lot's of amenities, restaurants and activity around the hotel. Chicago...

My mom and I stayed here for a Mother's Day "staycation." We're native Chicagoans so we were not interested in wandering around downtown. We just wanted to stay one night in a nice place and enjoy the view and cable TV. Overall it was good but there were a couple mix ups that the staff corrected with a smile. My...

I was attending a conference in this hotel and was staying there too. The conference was great, the hotel guys were really accommodating and service was great. In terms of the room, it was only one person in a single room with a queen bed but was large enough for two people. Service was really good and the room was...

Business trip. Front desk was very cooperative. Food was excellent in all times. Although food and gym was expensive but was worthy. Overall, staff were cooperative and look like they were happy with their work.

Spent 6 days on business. Overall the stay was good. Location is fine if you want a. It away from downtown. Uber was very helpful. The room was upgraded after some heavy hitting at the front desk. The sales pitch won and I hot a great view but not worth the extra. The room was small but okay for one....

Good location and everything is nearby. The rooms are really nice, the hotel itself looks great. My family had a room with two twin beds and two bathrooms, which was really convienant, and it was good for our two day stay. There's a lot of restaurants inside as well.

I was very excited to stay in this hotel. Unfortunately, the best I can say about my stay is the gorgeous view of Lake Michigan (should you chose to upgrade to a lake view room). Check-in involved a long wait, but once I actually was able to talk to a reception person, they were friendly and competent. The lobby area...

I planned a dinner at the 720 South Bar and Grill remotely from NYC. The staff was responsive and planning the event was very easy. The guests were thrilled with the tremendous service from the wait staff, bar staff, chef and more. We will be making this an annual event based on the success of this year's event.

I picked this hotel because of the pictures on the website of the pool as I'm a fitness swimmer. Often times pictures of pools are misleading, but not these. The pool was beautiful for lap swimming and the rest of the fitness center was top notch also.
