Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is located just outside of the City, but provided free shuttles to the train station/airport daily. Room was clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was filing. Whenever we go to Chicago, we will stay here again.
This Quality Inn was very clean, quiet and the staff were wonderful. We stayed here for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the time. They had a very nice breakfast area which seated several people at a time.

Yes, it is easy to get to downtown Chicago from the Quality Inn. They will drive you to the subway stop at Midway. It is a long trip on the subway line but easy and we didn't want to pay to for parking downtown. Midway airport is in south Chicago and O'Hare is in north Chicago, quite a distance between the two. Traffic in and around the city is terrible. The staff at the Quality Inn were very helpful and friendly.
