The hotel is beautiful & modern. It was a little confusing actually finding it what with the different levels of streets but worth it. The view of the river out of our window was magnificent. We even had a lovely view of the Chicago Harbor Lighthouse from a hallway window. The hotel is right on the Riverwalk for those who...

This is a typical Hyatt, corporate, somewhat sterile but with excellent amenities and a "vibe". Lots of conventioneers and other business folk. It's in a great location, the rooms are fine, the lobby is active and the bars and restaurants are all great for the business traveler or even for a vacationer. My two complaints were 1) my room, facing...

The hotel is ideally located and has extensive facilities for conferences. It is also a recommended business and holiday hotel. The gym is 24hours. Its two or rhree onsite restaurants, but you are spoilt for choice in Chicago. You can reach all the key hot spots of Chicago from here and will never get bored. The rooms are clean and...

A solid 4 star hotel with an excellent location. Here's a quick summary of my impressions from our recent stay: 1) Reception went smoothly and our staff member Dominique was a pleasure to deal with - she deserves credit for making the first impression with guests so welcoming and informative. 2) The housekeeping staff and the doormen are the best....

My room on 21st floor was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is also of a good size. They provide iron and ironing board for getting wrinkles out of business clothes. There was however missing the inroom safe. We had drinks at the Big Bar, somewhat pricey. All the usual conference amenities were available. There are 2 market places...

We were in Chicago for a convention and show. We've stayed there many times and always have a great experience. The location is perfect for downtown activities. The rooms are nice, well appointed and clean. The staff is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is great and the servers are very friendly.

Excellent stay. Only concern was the large convention that was scheduled at the same time. Long lines for the elevators. Expensive parking per night. Food was overdone and overpriced? Would have liked to been made aware of the convention ahead of time.

Came to Chicago for the National Restaurant Association Restaurant and Hotel Show. A great stay punctuated with friendly service and a clean quiet room. Plenty of food and beverage choices. On the canal and blocks from the waterfront and Millenium Park b

Overall great place, easy to get to places and plenty of transportations around. Room was quite, good TV and options of channels. Bed is good, clean room, good hot water. The east vs west tower is a bit of an issue, lots of walking back and forth, but not end f the world, meeting rooms great, plenty of signs, good...

I come from Manila and was part of the ITW conference. Stayed from May 14th to the 18th, in room 1069. I realized that I left my Garmin computer charger in the USB port on the desk area. I emailed your service center immediately upon getting home on the 20th, but have not received any response! Am trying to also...
