We were in Chicago on business. The hotel was quiet, clean and the refrigerator was well stocked for all our needs. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. We were able to adjust the room temperature to our liking. I stay here two years ago and like the hotel so decided to stay here again and I...

You can't ask for a nicer check in experience. Paula made very pleasant conversation and was disappointed I was only staying for one night. Highlighting next time I need to spend some time seeing the city and I agreed. She got me checked in quickly and suggested some great steakhouses in the area. The room itself was very nice. All...

Dear Marc K, Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your stay. It is nice to hear Paula took great care of you during check-in and that you appreciated room features such as conveniently placed electrical outlets and comfortable bedding. Maybe I have too high of expectations for an Intercon, but this place was meh. It's a renovated historic building, which I appreciate, but it's a bit wonky getting around inside, especially to the fitness center. The pool is beautiful but super old and it feels old. There is not any outdoor access or view which is a big let...

My 3 night stay here was very pleasant. I found the staff to be very cordial, efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant. I was checked in by Chelsea (who was lovely) I had the opportunity to upgrade to the recently renovated tower which I did and it was worth the little charge. The room was spacious with new amenities. The Hotel location...

From my 0600 arrival when Eric located a corner room to wonderful breakfasts @ Center Court to wonderful food and wine @ MJ's and Eno, a delight. High speed WiFi with a lovely bed and a strong hot shower, this place is a delight and it is right on Michigan Ave.

Most exceptional stays are due to staff and this one is no different from Malcom Moore who checked me is with the most infectious smile to vice GM Ann Olsson who took the time to welcome guest and make you feel a welcomed guest . Hoteliers that care and love what they do...the hotel is older but has a certain...

Stayed here for a trade show. Good central location for walking to restaurants and shopping. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Wifi was available if you signed up for a loyalty card. Starbucks conveniently located in the lobby.

We just left the Intercontinental and it was once again another great stay. This trip was for the Cubs game. The weather was horrible, but our stay was awesome like all of our past visits. See you soon Intercontinental Magnificent Mile!

Convenient location in Mag Mile/Streeterville with a very attentive staff. For two full beds I'd say that it was overly expensive - I haven't seen a full bed since my college years. Room was average size for the location and clean. Shower pressure was inconsistent - it was either a trickle or a fire hose, nothing in between.

Neighbourhood Profile
Magnificent Mile
Over 400 stores pack the concrete along Michigan Avenue, the eight-block stretch known as Magnificent Mile. “The room sizes vary depending on where the traveler is placed each time. I've had huge, modern, high floor rooms and smaller, more traditional spaces on lower floors. To me, they are all enjoyable. Service is always agreeable and professional. I have no complaints. Thanks for asking my opinion. ”
