Had a very good experience at this hotel. Our King room was spacious, very clean and had everything we needed including reasonably priced self-park nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, though we did have trouble with malfunctioning key cards which was annoying. The best part was ideal location for access to the lake as well as Michigan Avenue (bus...

Although the rooms are well appointed and this hotel is located in the heart of Chicago this is bty no means a hotel with amenities .... stay away from this hotel. Although they have a room service menu there is no room service at least not until after Memorial Day. The restaurant attached declares they are in no way way...

I loved this hotel with a couple of exceptions. When your vanity has been broken in half and glued together very sloppily, it doesn't do well for your value. If the elevators worked properly and were larger this place would rock, but they aren't and they are in dire need of updating or something Great view, very very clean, comfortable...

We were here on business. It is very close to the Children's Hospital where we were taking a class. The bathrooms were big and nice, and the rooms were pretty large too. I slept on the pull out couch which I would not recommend. The elevators at the hotel are very small and there are only 2. There is a...

The room was of a good size and v v clean. Good shower. The mattress needs replacing though. The air conditioning didn't seem to work on the days the weather turned cooler consequently I struggled to sleep as it was too hot. The restaurant is expensive for dinner and doesn't serve breakfast. In the small foyer area there is a...

I loved this hotel. It was centrally located and we couldn't have been treated better. The door man was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean, better accomodations than we expected. I will stay here again.

We came in 7am in the morning and asked if it was possible to get a room earlier than Check-in time as we had flown the whole night and hadn't had much sleep. The man at the front desk was not very nice, but promised he would do his best. After four hours we returned and no room. After two...

We had regular room with a king bed. The room was small and the bathroom was small with very limited shelf space for two people's toiletries. The shower was poorly designed with a partial glass wall and no door - water from the shower spilled out the shower entrance onto the bathroom floor every time the shower was used. The...

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
