I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Chicago. I'm born and raised in the northwest burbs one of the nicest hotel I've stayed at in Chicago. Great Michigan ave location. The hotel offers top of the line service 100 feet off michigan ave. across the street from the John Hancock and 95th floor. Again a 10 from a...

Excellent. Rooms were large and clean. Staff extremely helpful. Just a block away from wonderful shopping (Michigan Ave) and one block the other direction to the lake. Very safe area - we went out to dinner at night and felt very comfortable walking the few blocks to the restaurant.

Prior stays at Raffaello were excellent.. this one was below par because of the poor quality of the room. We'll probably look around the next time we come to Chicago. Your staff was attentive and helpful. We especially enjoyed the convenience of the breakfast/coffee bar.

Great location, attentive staff. Nice sized rooms. We used this hotel for a girls "get away" weekend and it was perfect. The beds are super comfortable, the rooms are nicely sized (not too small) and the lobby and hotel staff are super helpful and nice. There is truly nothing bad to say...the only thing might be that the décor is...

The location is great, right off of Michigan Avenue, next to Water TowerPlace and across from The John Hancock. Bathrooms are small with little or no counter space but the larger rooms have extra space!

I stayed at your hotel many years ago and had a wonderful experience. This time I felt so disappointed by the "nothing special" experience. I was looking for a special "small hotel" experience. I will just go to a large one in the future. You should have a place for a sit down breakfast.

Great location, adequate amenities, horrible beds and nothing grand about the grand suite. Overall for the price it seemed alright and you aren't spending time in your room when you visit Chicago, especially in Raffaello's beds… :)

The location was absolutely phenomenal and the service was five star! The location is perfect and within walking distance to Michigan Ave and many great restaurants. The hotel staff was nothing but extremely helpful in which you could text them with anything that you needed or any questions that you had. They printed us out our tickets for multiple events...

The room and hallway was hellishly hot in December. Had to keep the air conditioning on its lowest setting and the windows open to survive the stay. Completely unacceptable. Heard other patrons complain about the stifling heat as well. Way too expensive for such horrible accommodations. There are so many hotels in the area that are better priced and better...

I stayed here for business so I needed my receipt to be reimbursed. I was assured that my receipt would be emailed to me when I checked out. When I didn't receive the email, I made several phone calls, left several messages and even talked to a manager. After almost a week of trying, a helpful lady at the front...

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
