The restaurant was closed for a private party and the bar was so loud and packed we did not go in. I'm getting frustrated with this survey. Lighter blankets would be a good upgrade, i do not like feather pillows.

I decided to take a chance buying a groupon for this hotel and very glad I did! Everything from the price, location and the suite was perfect! We were a little disappointed that Drumbar was closed but look forward to our next visit.

Well my boyfriend rented the room for a night, it was my birthday and though we live in Chicago it was nice to get a night away. He purchased the room on Groupon and the price was great the hotel was nice but nothing that really gave it a WOW factor. A average hotel room with a lot of little...

Our room (#1012) was very uncomfortable. It was very hot and dry; so dry that I got a nosebleed the first night. We were unable to change the temperature and/or humidity of the room; the thermostat did not work (not sure if by flaw or by design). Furthermore, our room faced the inner courtyard/alley which meant (1) a nice view...

My family of 5 stayed at the Raffaello Hotel Dec 12-14. It was a wonderful experience. Every person there did their best to help us have an enjoyable stay. From being greeted at the car to check out everyone was welcoming and kind. The location is perfect. Just steps from Watertower and the mag mile.... perfect. We will definitely go...

I've stayed here before and really enjoy the property. Service is excellent, its affordable and the location can't be beat. I plan on staying again in the summer for a pleasure trip. The bed was comfortable and the front desk staff was kind enough to upgrade me to a larger room.

My adult daughters and I decided to treat ourselves to two days and a night downtown over the Thanksgiving weekend. We chose this hotel because of its great location and reviews. When we arrived we were offered a larger suite with a pullout sofa for the same price of the room we reserved. Our accommodation was huge, elegantly appointed and...

My friend and I had a comfortable room with two beds. The hotel is in a great location for Michigan Avenue shops and great restaurants. Just a very nice hotel. The Drum bar was also a very nice surprise. Will go there in the summer and sit on the outdoor patio

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
