I have no idea what this hotel is like but do not believe their cancelation policy. I made a reservation online on July 4 for a room October 6. I canceled the reservation via email on August 30. I received an email reply confirming my reservation had been canceled. I was still charged for the room on October 6th. When...

The Lady at the front desk was great. The hotel was cool but it needs updated in the rooms. especially the bathroom. It could use some new bed linens also. It has a great location and we would stay here again.

This is not a chain hotel and it really has a lot of charm. Great location in Lincoln Park with good parking options. Reasonable pricing for Chicago. Bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast in the am is a plus. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It's charm is in it's old fashioned decor - typical for the area is...

Not your cookie-cutter chain hotel - this one actually has quite a bit of old charm and character! Exposed wood trim, doorways and moldings, Only 3 stories high. Great location in Lincoln Park very close to public transportation and plenty of restaurants and shops. Staff is very accommodating, if you don't see it in your room, ask for it. They...

In two words: stay away. This property is in need of a MAJOR update and cleaning. It's dirty, noisy and not worth the outrageous rates they charge. The only good thing one can say about this hotel is its proximity to Wrigley Field.

A hotel experience is a summation of many small details, most of which the Inn at Lincoln Park gets deeply wrong. Here, in no particular order, are problems experienced during a recent stay: 1) surly staff lacking the authority and willingness to fix problems/address concerns, 2) only 1 person at the front desk so that there was always a wait,...

We liked the Inn at Lincoln Park for several reasons. First, it is ideally located for our needs. Second, it actually has a parking lot. Yes, it is first come, first served. But during our stay there was only one evening when the lot was full. I hope that remains the case when we visit again. The staff is great;...

I arrived at Union Station at 11 in the morning and check in for hotel's isn't until 3pm. So I went to Al's Beef for lunch and then to Barnes and Noble to use my laptop and while there was looking for a hotel. I did some searching because the Holiday Inn I usually stay at was $209 the the...

We stayed here because we had friends living in the area. This place is very small, old and outdated. The room was like a dorm room small narrow and two small baths on each side of the room. Old and dirty not kept up at all! The worst part was parking, they said it would be $15 a night if...
