I've visited the windmill in Ano Syros a couple of times now and it doesn't disappoint, not a single time. One of the most peaceful decadent places I've ever visited. Well the windmill itself is just adorable and very comfortably renovated. The owners thought of many details and enhance the experience with great information about the historic Ano Siros hilltop village that surrounds this iconic building. I have been here 2 years in a row now and plan on going every year. I go here in October after the summers work season in order to just take my mind off things, it's picturesque scenery and quiet calmness above the main city is what makes the windmill such an amazing place to be. The owners are wonderful...

It was a four days trip, and the place was exciting.The service from the owner Mary Karava was very friendly and the experience to live in an old windmill was fantastic. My partner and me will be back soon.
