Airlink Castle provides clean and tidy rooms and good breakfast. They have an amazing rooftop lounge with swimming pool, sunset views and dining. Check in and check out is seamless. They provide free pick up/drop from airport. Improvement areas- Improve lighting on rooftop.

I booked this hotel for one night as I was flying out of Cochin the next day. Their website mentions an "exquisite Five Star Luxury Hotel". Not even close! (more like a 2 or 3 star) Pros: Close to Cochin Airport Cons: 1) Old style bathrooms (we stayed on 3rd floor) and not clean. Moldy bathroom doors from inside and torn rug on the floor! 2) A/c vent had a bad odor and had to switch it off and run the fan. (It was a hot night!) 3) Bathrooms not clean and showed signs of yellowness! I would avoid this place. There are better hotels around I guess.

I am a frequent customer of Airlink castle at kochin airport and I am so much overwhelmed by the service they gave me especially at the front desk. They were so positive and ready to give us the maximum effort in their service. I must mention the names of few especially Stephy, Anupama and Ambili from the front desk, they are really doing well at their service and I wish the every possible best for their career and life. Keep this positive attitude further in your life. And I will visit Airlink castle again.

This property has only advantage is proximity to airport except this property is very badly managed,unhealthy rooms,non cooperative staff,buffet sprad was not upto the mark and served in unhygienic condition. Not recommended for stay unless you have odd hours flight to catch. Property management claims its Star property in business hotel category but my honest opinion it's an ordinary budget hotel.

Not a 5 star property even though is says so... Hardly a 3 star property.. near to airport but outside of main town cochin.. Staff is helpful and very cordial... Food is good... Breakfast spread is very good ... Worth the cost of Rs 4000 per room per night .

I booked some NRI to stay at this prestigious hotel just to find out that only 1 plug point was working in the entire room. They brought it to the attention of the staff immediately. Guess what the staff did? Absolutely nothing! They didn't have enough to recharge phones etc. Other hotels would book Ubers for us but not Air castle. My friends were involved in retreat and events setting and initially asked what the going rates were before all this... Air Castle gave astronomical high rates. This is the worst experience I've had in Kerala. All other hotels treated us like royalty except Air castle. Don't go here. They don't value their customers. They won't help you if their lives counted on it.
