There were options for vegetarian and definitely fish but I must say that the Irish do love their meat. I would ask even if the menu seems to have an item that does not include meat. My wife ordered a vegetarian salad at one place (it was not Kilronan Castle) and it had meat in it.
Kilronan Castle was awesome, great place, you will love it!
