My Partner and his dad stayed there for 3 days before going to a wedding and they absolutely loved it there . They were made so welcome by all the staff, the food was fabulous and the rooms were superb with comfortable beds and beautiful ensuite bathrooms. We will definitely book there whenever we go back to Belfast.

Great hotel with not a huge amount of rooms but the rooms they have are comfortable & spacious. The staff as well as the service & the food here are second to none. The carvery on a Sunday here is amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here by default as Belfast city hotels were over priced on the night I needed 30/6/16 . I had a lovely warm welcome by the girl in reception. Check in was smooth and very professional bigger hotels could take note.. Food was good and not over priced. I stayed in room 3 which was clean, with nice shower, wifi,...

Booked here for 27 of my family for dinner after my little girls Christening. I must say I was astonished at how fantastic it was. Firstly I had brought a cake and a few table favours up the previous night to be set on the tables. When I entered the room the tables were set beautifully with pink floral centerpieces,...

We had our wedding here on the 3rd June 2016 and my wife and I could not fault one thing about the hotel, the staff, and the food. The staff were very helpful, Jim in particular was a great toast master and made us feel so relaxed through the day/evening and the next morning. The bar staff were pleasant and...

The Bally Mac is a lovely friendly and welcoming hotel, we dined in the bar area and had one of the best 14oz Sirloin steaks i have ever had. Thoroughly recommend this hotel and restaurant. The receptionist could not have been more helpful, letting me use the phone as the signal on my phone was none existent.
