Visited Maunsel with other friends of HHA and were welcomed by Sir Benjamin Slade who showed around this magnificent mansion. The reception rooms are extremely interesting whilst the bedrooms with large en-suites are a dream, both in the house and the delightful cottages. I have to say this hotel has got it spot on if you are looking for something different as a wedding venue From its onsite chapel to its bar with deactivated rifles and all manner of strange and exotic decorations Rooms were fantastic and totally different and I will be visiting for a weekend break soon

Thank you to Sir Ben and all the wonderful staff for making us feel so welcome and bending over backward to accommodate- nothing was too much trouble! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, a must see for anyone wanting extra special for their day!!! Cannot recommend enough!!

From start to finish - the weekend was fabulous - Sir Ben and the staff could not do enough to help - nothing is too much trouble. we stayed in Barn Owl cottage which was had everything you would need for a weekend, tea coffee facilities ironing board etc fresh milk - small touches which made all the difference. We had a tremendous weekend at Maunsel Manor . The food was excellent and the service fantastic and Sir Benjamin the ultimate host. We stayed in an ensuite attic room which was fabulous with every requirement catered for . Thank you so much to all the team at Maunsel

We stayed here in Barn Owl Cottage for an event. It was beautifully done up Two double bedrooms. Generous size and ver comfortable beds Lovely huge bathrooms each en suite. At Maunsel we also have 4 glorious cottages, all fully furnished to the highest of standards. At Maunsel you cannot book individual rooms, instead you can hire the whole house and cottages for your use.
