Having read some fantastic reviews of Ivy Cottage before hand, I can safely say they were all correct! My wife and I pulled in to the beautiful village of Luxuliyan and found Ivy Cottage without a problem. Our host, (who I'll come on to later), had helpfully emailed earlier in the day to aid us with directions. Upon arrival at...

Thank you so much for such a wonderful review. I was speechless when I read it. It is you, and people like you who come and enjoy what we have in Luxulyan that make a B & B. Thank you also for your help with the pond which is now brimming over. Please come and visit again Liz x

The staircase is steep with open treads, but there is a lift for those who require assistance. Breakfast was excellent with a wide...
