Hotel very comfortable & secure but don't eat there. Food is cold & undercooked! The restaurant in March did not appear to have a competent chef on duty. Apart from. That we enjoyed our stay in Conwy visiting the castle & the NT Merchants house. Bodmin Gardens was a delight.

Another great Premier Inn. Booked purely for the quality of the mattress, and therefore sleep, the Glan Conwy Premier Inn did not disappoint. Slept soundly in absolute quiet despite the location next to the A55. Didn't have the breakfast as we had family nearby.

Typical premier with standard good quality room clean and tidy heater in room was a bit tempremental and seamed not to be reading real temp. Breakfast in the brewers fayre was very good still prefer buffet type.

The hotel is everything a PI should be, and the ladies on reception are a delight. We last stayed here some time ago and thought after all this time (several months) the issues in the restaurant that let the whole place down would have been resolved. Disappointed to find that is not the case and it continues to go down...

Great welcome with chocolates and a drink for Valentines Day. Easy check in by great staff. Comfortable room as usual. Had a problem with Brewers Fayre for breakfast on first day and Inn staff sorted this out,(see separate report). The 3 nights spent here were good and we were made very welcome. Recommended for a stay in this area.

Reassuringly great as usual..Top service ..clean,clean,clean. Family break and was ideally located for coastal towns and retail shopping amenities. Noise from the road is not an issue at all. Couldn't hear it! Will return.

We use this hotel when visiting relatives in Llandudno for a short stay. We find the rooms, clean, warm, well serviced and have all the essentials we need. We have stayed in other B&Bs nearer the seafront but we've been let down in the past and now use Premier Inn because it is good value, reliable and 'does what it...

We had a short stay here not long before Christmas. We couldn't fault this Premier Inn. The rooms were nice and clean, and the beds really comfortable. The staff were both friendly and attentive. Although quite near the busy A55, there was no noise to interrupt our sleep, but you do really need to have a car if you're staying...
