Our stay was very good. We had a little issue with someone upstairs but this is outside the control of the hotel. We only had one towel in the room but this was easily rectified. There are also teas (herbal and coffee available in reception. The breakfast was good if a little slow to refill the buffet.

Very badly run Premier Inn. Children running up and down the corridors, shouting till all hours. Worse still workmen gathering in the car park shouting and laughing at 5:30am for well over an hour. Inatentive staff, not interested in listening to customers. If you want a good nights sleep don't stay here! Premier Inn goodnight guarantee? Doesn't exist!

Hi Edward I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with your recent visit. Our teams should be conducting regular walk-arounds to help minimise noise disturbances so I've passed your comments onto the Operations Manager to ensure this procedure is being followed. I really hope this experience hasn't put you off staying and we see you again in future. Darren

The Premier Inn is just off the A55 but we weren't disturbed by traffic noise and enjoyed a very good nights rest. There is a restaurant/pub right next door but we didn't try them out and instead drove about 5 minutes into Conwy. The drive into Llandudno is slightly longer, about 10 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful....

We booked this hotel as a budget location for a short family stay to visit friends in the locality. We found it easy to locate as it is adjacent to the A55 and as such allowed for easy travelling to and from the hotel. We booked in on-line prior to our arrival and were very efficiently and courteously processed on...

Handy location just off the main north Wales coast road, plenty of tea and coffee for room and spare available at reception but no drinking chocolate.Nearby shell petrol station with small shop, fuel reasonable priced, shop pricey Free basic WiFi with upgrade available, meal deal at adjacent Brewers Favre good value, but staff although friendly, it was the third member...

rooms need upgrading to better heating in this day and age cant believe after being cleaned and checked some of lights were out in room food was good service not to bad. Nice to see the new manager has moved the breakfast toast and other breakfast items out of the entrance as they used to be good thinking there.

Hotel very comfortable & secure but don't eat there. Food is cold & undercooked! The restaurant in March did not appear to have a competent chef on duty. Apart from. That we enjoyed our stay in Conwy visiting the castle & the NT Merchants house. Bodmin Gardens was a delight.

Another great Premier Inn. Booked purely for the quality of the mattress, and therefore sleep, the Glan Conwy Premier Inn did not disappoint. Slept soundly in absolute quiet despite the location next to the A55. Didn't have the breakfast as we had family nearby.
