Rina and Tim are great host. We were there for Palio week. Tim had everything organized perfectly. Rina's cooking and baking were outstanding. Very welcoming and gracious host. The villa is older but clean and charming. Definitely would stay again.

We are planning a family reunion in July of 2016. There are already 45 confirmed family members. the number could reach 60. Can your villa accommodate this number? Most are couples, some are families of 4. Thank you.
