Wonderful! Dave and Barbara are so warm and welcoming that we felt as if we had been staying with relatives, not innkeepers. Comfortable bed, well-appointed bath, and delicious breakfast are only the beginning here. The house is a massive Victorian landmark full of exquisitely carved woodwork and crammed with antique furniture, glass, books, toys, serving pieces, gewgaws, gimcracks, and I...

We stayed here one night to see a dinner theater production at Circa 21 down the street. We chose Victoria's Room for the king bed, and fell IN LOVE with it when we moved in. Huge, sumptuously decorated, big comfy bed and a space heater to make the temp "just right". The house is enormous, and each room and the...

My mom and I had a delightful stay at the Victorian Inn. David and Barbara were both gracious and pleasant hosts. The home was quaint & cozy and the breakfast served that morning was most delicious and plentiful. Definitely, the next visit back to Rock Island we will be sure to stay at the Victorian Inn! We stayed in the Quad Cities on our way up to St. Paul, Minnesota from Cincinnati. (It's a long story!). My wife found the Parker's Victorian Inn on Google. The house is interesting in that one family has lived there for two generations and it has never been vacant or restored. Dave and Barbara Parker are wonderful hosts and were...

David and Barbara were able to put me up on short notice, honoring the US Government rate. Very homey atmosphere, warm and inviting. These folks have been in the business awhile and it shows. Excellent hospitality, and they set a beautiful table. Convenient to downtown Rock Island and a stones throw from Rock Island Arsenal. If you are looking for...

While planning our vacation I wanted to visit some of the Historical sights. I prefer to stay in a B & B if possible as I love old houses and it seems to enhance the travel experience. You get to meet some interesting people along the way. I logged onto B & B Online and was intrigued by the look...

Very enjoyable spot in heart of one of nation's largest historic districts. Very nice managing couple--helpful and warm without being intrusive. Great breakfasts and guides to local restaurants. Pleasant rooms, reasonable prices. Wonderful company of like-minded guests who want to be in a real urban neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Victorian Inn. Can't say enough about our stay. This was our first time at a bed and breakfast and would do it all over again. We reserved David's room. Comfortable room with a fire place. Breakfast was more than plentiful. Barbara and David were so inviting and made us feel right...

The hosts couldn't have been nicer. The Inn from the street looked amazing too. We found the inside though to need updating.

Giant old Victorian - we had squirrels running in the walls that kept us up - lots of original charm, though.

“Try for a room off the 2 main streets for more quiet.”

“I would try any room. They all have their unique features. If you want a fireplace room, the baths are smaller. If you want a bigger more elaborate bathroom, then no fireplace. it just depends what you want. try and go ahead of time if you are able to check out which room you may want.”

“Any of the rooms are excellent, as far as we could see.”

“Victoria's Room was wonderful, I loved the decor and the bed was very comfortable. Though do be aware it is a "split king", two twins put together. Plenty of room, so we didn't notice it, but there is a ridge down the center of the bed.”

“we were between heating and a/c seasons so windows were open and traffic was a bit noisy outside...so you might want to put the room air conditioner on low. We had dinner a few blocks away near the riverfront which was enjoyable but I would drive rather than walk.”
