The staff at Hyatt Regency O'Hare was amazing and went over and above to assist our team with meeting rooms. I checked our meeting room first thing on Tuesday morning to verify AV and food and beverage and did not have to worry for the rest of the convention.

The location was great. Spencer the Bellman/Doorman was a great asset. Parking, on the high side but in/out privileges. Shuttle to airport was very convenient. The staff were helpful with request. The membership site was down and Front Desk agent took care of it there.

I had a wonderful stay. Convenient online Reservation, check in simple and fast, quality of the room was good as well as the welcome message on the tv and the on site Red Bar & Lounge was delicious. I’ll definitely book again.

Worst hotel stay ever! Let's start from the top. $20.00 breakfast bar was poop. It was bland and definitely not worth the money. There was a small fire in one of the rooms microwaves and nobody on staff was around to help guests get out or provide any information about what was going on. Looked outside the balcony to see the entire staff across the street while most of the guest were super lost. Then called the front desk and asked what there policy for fires was and the response was, "that was it." So safety clearly isn't top priority. Also they double charge the room and proceeded to tell me that they didnt and it was just a hold. I showed them proof that indeed there were two charges that were not pending but both taken out. They said it was their protcol to put a hold on it

Outdated decor. Duct tape covers holes in torn carpet in the hallway areas. Room was not available as promised at 3:00 pm checkin time and we were given several excuses rather than an alternative. Assistant operations director, Kyle Ho, later gave us a credit for $50 as well as paid for our parking fee.

Everything is great. Cleanliness, staff,l etc etc but the food for breakfast is terrible. I’m more try sure they charge $18/$19 for it but it’s awful. Go to the perks place downstairs where they have much better food, and it’s cheaper.

I stayed at this hotel for the stay, park, and fly feature. Great experience with Hyatt. Front desk and shuttle drivers were professional and helpful. My vehicle was safe while we were away, and we easily exited the parking area.

I've had the worst customer service experience with a reservation with Hyatt and would never try them again. They misrepresented themselves with room availability and wouldn't allow a cancellation or refund for a charge made within a hour

Confirmation numbers do not hold the rooms. Premier suites was a budget hotel room, water is $4 a bottle and the bathrooms don't have actual doors, just sliders that do not stay closed - so its ok if you are in the room by yourself - if not - you can't use the bathroom in private - not sure who the hell designed that. Also - if you try to use bathroom at night - watch out when you walk in - the lights come on automatically and blast you awake. Staff was friendly - desipite a LINE of people screaming at the during checkout wanting to know why their confirmed room was not available at 9pm - go wander the street and try to find a room during convention - and we reconfirmed the morning of the stay and have given them CC and received confim number - nope that does not matter all
