A recent girly getaway was had in the Sheep Shed and The Stables. Both properties were decorated so tastefully with a lovely welcome pack and card. Steve was so accommodating for a couple of needs we had over the weekend. I couldn't fault his hospitality. Great location for easy access into bath and some great walks and pubs just on...

Stayed at the Cart shed..Great barn conversions , very clean with loads of room for two people..Bread , milk and butter all provided upon arrival., a very nice touch. Great place with lovely views. Bath is just a few miles away and can be reached either by walking along canal path or by boat. This is also a good place...

My husband and I stayed in The Seed Shed at New Leaf Farm. It was immaculate and really comfortable. The local pub was great - particularly because we had a lovely sunny week. You can walk or get the boat to Bath - these cottages are perfectly located to visit the surrounding area. We loved it so much we've booked...

Recently stayed in Hay Barn, a five bedroom cottage at New Leaf Farm, and I was very impressed with everything about it. The cottage was more than big enough for the six people in our party and with two lounges, gave everyone room to relax as they wished. Extremely well appointed, decoration was first class and very warm and comfortable....

We stayed in the Hay Barn last week for Mums 90th birthday treat. It is a lovely cottage with a really friendly feel about it. Tastefully decorated and all the rooms are spacious with quality fixtures and fittings. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area was superb for our family gathering for Mum's birthday. Christine (who owns the cottages)...

We stayed at The Cart Shed, a lovely spacious cottage for two people. Modern, open plan living area, with well equipped kitchen. Wood stove (first basket of wood provided) to compliment the under floor heating. Very friendly, considerate and helpful owners, who are their if required. Cottage ideally located, with in walking distance of two local pubs, and is in...

Stayed at the Cow Byre which sleeps 4 pax. Cottage was lovely, spacious and warm. Milk and butter in the fridge upon arrival. The cottages are all attached to each other but we hardly heard or saw our neighbours and based on the full car park, I'm sure they were fully booked. One thing to be aware of is the...

My husband and I had a lovely midweek break in The Cartshed. Beautifully clean and so well thought out little cottage. Steve the owner was lovely, not over the top just there if you needed him. Fantastic under floor heating. Easy access into Bath and surrounding area. Would recommend.

More spacious than the photos! They had everything you needed, were really lovely and efficient when answering my hundreds of questions, gave us an extra single bed on request and the whole experience was just lovely. We stayed in the Sheep Shed. It had beautiful surroundings, was super quiet and relaxing, and it had all the facilities we needed (even...

So glad I stubbled across new leaf farm while organising a getaway for myself and 4 friends. It was perfect for what we needed. We stayed Friday to Monday in the sheep shed which sleeps 6. We loved that the cottages feel like they are in the middle of the countryside, but it is easy to walk to bath in...
