We came to see the waterfall, and then stopped for lunch in the restaurant and due to it being one of the best meals I've had in Laos (after living here for 4 months) we decided to stay for the night just so we could eat more from the restaurant! The restaurant is run by a Thai couple with Thai...

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Baan E-Tu Resort in Laos. We booked the room through Airbnb and got a response within 15 minutes. Baan was very quick to respond and was also very helpful with directions and information. The resort itself is in a nice setting. It is tucked away from the main road next to the river...

Lovely setting & waterfall, restaurant was ok, some nice meals, breakfast noodle soups & fried eggs, bread juice coffee ok for included. Manager very friendly offered us & a couple of guests a free lift back to Pakse as he was driving there, nice gesture! Comfy bed & quilts, fan only no need for air at this time of year....

We were concerned by some of the reviews but were pleasantly surprised that it 'did what it said on the can'. The bungalows were modern (unlike some other resorts we saw in the area) and everything worked. We didn't see any mosquitoes but we always carry our own room spray just in case! There isn't much to do but we...

Beautiful location and very nice rooms! Friendly staff, but be patient, because only one person speaks English. He is still young and has to do everything. There is not much to do. Go swimming in the waterfall and taste the coffee grown next to the resort. We did the half day trekking to tad fane. Don't expect to see any...

Nice bungalow, lost in the nature. Simple accommodation and very friendly staff. We were 2 couples and stayed for 1 night. There is nothing to do around. Just rest and relax. It was amazing to hear the sound of the jungle by night.

We decided to stay here for a quick stop before we headed further into the jungle. It is an amazing setting and the bungalows are very nice. The host wondered why we didn't have motorbikes so offered to take us the next day around to show us local coffee plantations and the other magnificent waterfalls in the area at no...

I didn't stay here. But I visited the waterfall and checked out the resort (beautiful, clean and modern), and in doing so it seemed well staffed and I never had any problem finding people to direct me or answer my questions, which differs from the experience of older reviews. I assume they are from before the management change. I actually...
