Room 306 has a real issue in the fact that the waste drains obviously converge on this particular room, so not only do you get the waste noise from the adjacent rooms, which is common in hotels, you also appear to get it from all of the other rooms on that floor and the noise from toilets flushing, showers running and basins being emptied are all amplified in this room obviously governed by the habits of others and insulation needs to be addressed. Breakfast was on a different level to what I have ever experienced. The kitchen had run out of most basic ingredients and the staffing levels were clearly not sufficient for a predictably busy bank holiday Monday morning. Whilst we all know about the challenges of the pandemic, it does not excuse poor organisation and management which was clearly at fault here

Hotel was excellent and very welcoming. Good value, breakfast was simply the best, evening meals just what was needed after a long day. The meal deal was very good value. Staff were very welcoming and well organised. They had some supply issues when we were there but the manager, Vicky managed the situations really well. They had only been open a week. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, in particular Kelsey and Florence who were worthy of individual recognition. Definitely stay here again.

I visited Bridgewater Arms for a meal, 7th August 2020. I am milk, tree nut and peanut anaphylaxis and upon arriving I told the staff this because I think its fair that staff know in advance. I was treated with upmost respect and the staff was conscientious from waiting staff, management and right through to kitchen staff. I want to take this time to say Thank you for making me feel safe during my meal, service like this makes a huge difference to people with life threatening conditions.

Stayed last night for leisure with my partner. Great room and friendly staff. The IT issues referred to in another recent review had settled - obviously not their fault at all. The view from our room over the surrounding fields was lovely - the hotel's location is idea for a "get away from it all" night away. Our evening meal in the pub next door was excellent and great staff.
