We stayed here for 3 nights. We had booked both rooms, so we had the lounge all to ourselves and it was like home in a home. The house was spotless, the rooms big as was the bathroom. We even had port and sweets waiting for us every day. There are plates and cutlery and coffee and tea in the...

We had a wonderful stay of 3 nights in Room 1. Janie, the host and owner of the property is the kind who looks into every little detail to ensure that everything is of a high standard - from cooking a delightful breakfast to leaving a decanter with port in the room and lounge. She doesn't need the money -...

I stayed with a girlfriend for one night and we felt very welcome. We stayed in the separate cottage and it was clean, well designed, really comfortable beds and had beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and the host super friendly and caring. I would definitely recommend Trevallyn House to friends and family visiting Launceston.

A wonderful and very caring host catered to every requirement including one of the better breakfasts ever. The building is a delight and filled with wonderful reminders of days gone bye including some very...

We were on a trip of Tasmania for my husband's 30th. We were received by the friendly Janie and felt at home immediately. The view is spectacular and the property was very spacious and clean. The highlight was definitely the breakfast and my husband was very pleased with his selection. Thanks again Janie.

What a wonderful start to our Tasmanian holiday! Janie and Brett are the perfect hosts at Trevallyn House; always ready with everything you need, ranging from a herb in their beautiful garden, local day trip ideas, help planning the rest of the trip, to a general friendly chat, but never intrusive. Breakfast was generous and tasty with four mains to...
