We stayed at the Inn at the Villa on NYE because all downtown hotels were booked. We stayed in Stanza 5 in the separate building and our friends stayed in Stanza 2 in the main building. The main building has a beautiful dining area, sitting area and bar and the butler's pantry with ice and snacks was a nice touch....

Thank you for the compliments on our historic building! We are looking into the cleaning and maintenance of the room. We typically get rave reviews for our cleanliness. Sorry for anything that was overlooked. We are on it!

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and a really cool wine and coffee bar walking distance. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. I chose the least expensive room. It is on the ground floor with its own bathroom slightly down the hall which was no problem. The room was nicely decorated. In the morning...

You have described the perfect winter respite at our inn. Thank you for taking the time to share it with our bed and breakfast community. We will keep the fire burning until your next visit!

The management tried to discredit my review but this is true. WORST experience ever! When we checked in the place was deserted, the room was dark and dim and poorly appointed....so we immediately checked out. Front desk girl said they would cancel and credit my card when the manager came in. They NEVER gave a credit. When I disputed it...

We needed a place to stay for a couple nights near the Murat Theater for a Joe Bonamassa concert. Most of the downtown hotels were already booked due to the Big 10 Championship and were charging an arm and a leg.....the Inn was a bit high by my small town standards but not unreasonable considering you're staying downtown in a...

This was by far (in my opinion) the best decision my parents could have made regarding lodging accommodations for my bridal party and extended family/out-of-town guests for my wedding. It's centrally located in Indianapolis in the historic Old Northside area of town. The interior is just gorgeous, there is a lounge/hangout room that was the perfect place for me and...

One of the most beautiful properties I have ever visited. Someone has taken this historic property, retained it's integrity and integrated all of the creature comforts I seek. The location is close to downtown and within a short walk of a fun, little restaurant called Tinker Street. Plenty of free parking. There is a level of professionalism that I knew...

My first time in Indy, and my first time at a B&B. Great city, great accommodations. Staff was friendly and gave helpful suggestions on what to do and where to go. The inn is beautifully decorated and has a sense of charm and elegance. I think walking is a great way to experience a city, and I was able to...

While visiting family in the area we stayed at the Villa. It was a great location for us, easy to get to from the highway and so close to all the fun things to do downtown. It is a very unique building filled with gorgeous furnishings. Our four year old had a lot of fun pretending he was a knight...

I had been to an Alice in Wonderland tea party at this inn a few years earlier and remembered the beautiful dining room and decided to try it out for a weekend. While we normally stay in bigger hotels, this inn was charming and perfect for a romantic getaway. The person at the front desk was lovely at check-in and...
