Excellent Food. Quiet Atmosphere. Exactly what we needed to relax. Thank you so much for everything. The owner's cookies were excellent and he helped us pull together itineraries for our days in Indianapolis.

The rooms reflect 1900 Era. Lots of charm and character. Tressa our innkeeper treated us well. Prepared a lovely breakfast for us. Very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is not having a shower in our room, other than that everything was fine. Thanks Gary.

My husband and I booked the Bridal Suite for Saturday during Labor Day weekend to celebrate our first anniversary. We booked the room on 8/31 through the bedandbreakfast.com website, which confirmed the room and charged our credit card. When we got to the B&B on Saturday for check-in, the owner's son who was there at the time did not have...

We stayed two nights in Literary room while visiting our sons family to see our new born grandson. It was very accommodating and pleasant almost family atmosphere in this nice charming old fashioned hotel. We enjoyed conversations with our wonderful host. The breakfast was delicious especially the ham and cheese quiche. Thank you Gary for your hospitality!

The description did not match the reality. It was my anniversary and my wife was very disappointed. The comforters were warned and nasty as were the pillows the first night the air conditioning wasn't working correctly and breakfast on the two nights I was there was subpar. My wife is very disappointed and did not want to even stay there...

Our stay (8/26-28) was pretty uneventful and I found the inn to be charming, unique, and quaint. We arrived late (11:30pm) and the host, Tressa, was there to greet us and show us around. I didn't find it that cozy, however, but the uniqueness made up for it. The first impression walking in brought us into a kitchen cluttered with...

We paid for a gift certificate through a charity auciton and were told we'd get whatever room wasn't booked for that night. We stayed in the Literary room. The bathroom has a tub, but not really a shower to speak of. There is a hand held shower-head but no shower curtain, so a stand up shower is nearly impossible. I...

Nikki/Tim, It was an honor that you picked us for your wedding night. I always tell friends and acquaintances that the nicest people in the world come to B&B's. You two just prove that point. Looking forward to seeing you again! Thank you! Gary

This is our first time staying at a B&B. Gary is a great host, and he makes some fine cookies and baked goods as well. This is at the edge of the Indianapolis downtown area, so it worked great for us visiting for an overnight. It is a beautiful older home on a tree lined street near just about anything...
