Don't try to use your GPS to find this hotel it doesn't take you to the hotel. After a few minutes we finally saw the signs directing you to the hotel. Once you get there the hotel is fairly new. Very nice. Rooms seemed fairly large. Beds were very comfortable. Shower pressure not so good. While I was showering the...

In town with my son for a soccer tournament. Fantastic beds and pillows. Super helpful staff - clean 1st floor laundry which we ended up needing. Nice breakfast included. Bartender left the lights on after hours and hooked me up with a cookie as I stayed up late waiting for my wash.

Although other hotels are nearby and this is visible from the Highway it seems to be in a secluded spot and there's nothing here that will stop you from getting a good night's sleep. The pool is a good size and everywhere seems very clean and business-like. You will need transport as the location means there is nothing close if...

I was so impressed with this hotel. It is new, spacious, and feels like a higher end hotel than Holiday Inn is typically viewed. The front desk staff was pleasant and very accommodating, and there was, of course, fresh-popped popcorn waiting for me at the front desk. My room was clean and spacious. The pillows and mattress were quite comfortable,...

This hotel is in a location that GPS can't seem to find. I drove around a bit trying to find my way. Very nice clean hotel. Staff was very friendly. They have complimentary drinks and appetizers from 5-7 in the lobby. I would ask to stay in a room away from the expressway. My room (301) was right next to...

I stayed here a couple of years ago and it was a nice hotel. The lobby is nice and the lobby bar was fine with a friendly bartender. However, when we went to our room, the detergent smell was overpowering as soon as we stepped off the elevator. The room appeared clean, but worn. The detergent smell continued into our...

Hi Kim D, Thank you for staying with us and for bringing your concern to my attention. It i unfortunate that we were not able to give you satisfactory stay that you deserve because the condition of the room received was a let down. Also, I am sorry about the inconvenience you had because of the noise from the mini-fridge...

We stayed here for two nights over New Years. The hotel was clean, room was as expected. We used the pool and hot tub and both were standard for this chain. Staff was friendly. The free breakfast was great. One day our order was taken and the next we helped ourselves. My only "complaint" if you'd even call it that...

Not much to say as we were not here for long. We came here after we decided not to drive all the way home after the Big 10 Championship game. We booked it at halftime because the price was reasonable (we knew we would not be able to find anything too cheap because of the event) and Holliday Inns usually...

My hubby and I stayed for a night. We enjoyed the free popcorn and taking a dip in the warm pool. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant. My tenderloin sandwich was delicious. Surprisingly, it seemed to be hand cut/breaded vs. frozen. There was also a full bar at the restaurant. An Uber to Broadripple was only approx $13. a...
