Needed to find accommodation to attend my nephews wedding in the dandenongs. This motel was clean, good price, had good sized rooms and great shower. The trees close by and the birds coming to sit close by on the balcony made this an even more special place to be. The buffet dinner at the hotel was well priced, had a...

We booked direct with the motel and was greeted by a friendly staff member on arrival. She showed us our room and pointed out the Hotel Feast Buffet across the carpark for dinner. Car parking was just outside our room. Our room consisted of a kitchen/dining and lounge downstairs, with a small private deck/backyard, and upstairs were two bedrooms and...

My family (including our 4 month old) tried to stay at the Ferntree Gully Hotel in 2 separate rooms. However on arrival we discovered that the rooms were old, rundown, dirty and stink of cigarette smoke. The bathroom tiles were cracked and the breakfast bench areas were stained with coffee rings and dirty marks. The furniture and linen however seemed...

The motel did not have a breakfast area or provide any meals on site (a breakfast pack was available if you booked directly...

Reception staff (Julie) very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed but room needs a good clean. The owners should seriously consider hiring a different cleaning service. A short walk to the pub next door.

Visited with family. Nice view on mountain towards Melbourne city. But too much car park outside on the road. If weather is clear, it should provide a very nice view to whole Melbourne. Will consider to revisit.

Reception staff were lovely and the restaurant deal was great. However.... this hotel badly needs updating and a good clean. We stayed here for 3 nights while our electricity was out. Wouldn't visit again unless absolutely necessary.

Belinda, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We are in the process of changing over all the beds, so I am glad you enjoyed how cosy and comfy it was. It is nice to hear the accommodation team could assist you in changing rooms for you mother. Warm regards, Kelly Mulqueen Accommodation Manager
