Having read some previous reviews I was not sure what to expect. To say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. I was made warmly welcome when I checked in with the paperwork just needing a signature. I understand that the motel is in the process of being refurbished and I was in one of the refurbished rooms. The...

This motel is a blast from the past, and it hasn't been touched much since then either. The room was expensive, with little other accommodation around in the Berwick area, despite being relatively close to a university campus. The beds were uncomfortable, carpet worn, the bathroom tiling was never finished, and gaps between the window frame and the brickwork were...

Booked a family room at the motel as I was staying with friends. The room had a queen and single and was dated but clean. I did not meet the staff as I arrived late in the evening and left very early in the morning. My shower was very bracing as there was no hot water. We did not report...

Had a 2 night stay over Christmas here. Whilst the complex is somewhat aged, my son and I were very comfortable. The air conditioning was a blessing given the heatwave during this time. Everything worked, shower had great pressure and temperature, beds very comfy. One must expect traffic noise being on a highway but it wasn't intrusive. This motel is...

Soo very very old, although bathroom has had a kind of facelift. Noisy all night from traffic and trains and then some bright spark decided to start a party out the front at 1am. Dark smelly room, horrible towels & reception was old and smelly. Would of have expected more for what we paid.

Clean and tidy but very dated. Three of us stayed here and only the first person in the shower had hot water!! No hairdryer provided. A queen and single bed arrangement but only two spare pillows and one extra blanket. Could do with a bit of a spruce up.

The shower was great, there was actually enough hot water to fill the spa which is rare even for hotels. The room was comfy and spacious it didn't feel cramped. The windows have like a mesh across the top which I gather is for air flow which is great however this means it's not noise proof and all night I...

Very basic motel. Clean and comfortable room with a reasonable amount of space. No iron or hair dryer in the room. Very dated - could do with a facelift. Not a lot to choose from in this far flung part of Melbourne

Also gave them my credit card details over the phone and offered my drivers licence number all my work details etc. I specifically asked the questions and was assured...
