I travel a lot on business and this was my first time staying at a Microtel. A pleasant surprise and better rates than others with the same comfort and amenities. Great location with access to highways and restaurants.

Our booking and accommodations were handled in a very satisfactory manner. We received excellent service at front desk at all times and any extra needs we had were very well taken care of. Rooms were very clean, breakfast met our expectations, check in and check out went very well and smooth.

Was a great place to stay. Restaurants and gas station close by. Quiet and relaxing . The rooms were clean and modern, the breakfast was a great escape from the usual greasy meals (we drove a long way). I like it that you never had to enter a big city to get to calypso water park .

Would recommend to others visiting the Ottawa area. This hotel is approximately 40 minutes east of downtown Ottawa just off a major highway. Clean, well kept with a nice free continental breakfast close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel was a bit pricey for one night, though it was a Friday to Saturday-so I understand. Rooms were clean, extra towels and easy check in! Definitely will use this hotel again next year for Maxville Fair

The hotel and rooms are very modern and clean. The staff are super friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. We were very fortunate and able to check in early. The bed was very comfortable. Very nice to have a small refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a keurig style coffee maker and sink in the same area.

We anticipated a much less generously appointed room with no microwave or fridge however we were pleasantly surprised to have been given an upgraded room with a couch even. It made for a nice stay. Breakfast was generous with lots of choices

Very nice hotel just about 30mins from Ottawa. Very friendly staff. We had a issue with our room/bathroom and the staff was very helpful especially the front desk (Ms. Thatcher)/ Manager - Ms. Christine. Rooms are a little smaller than what I had expected but decent enough. Breakfast is decent. Free Parking (Lots of Parking space). Walking distance to Subway/Tim Horton's coffee shop. Adjacent to 417 Highway. Will visit again.

Upon arrival we were greeted by the cheerful manager Christine. The rooms we booked online were not available so we were upgraded to a suite for both our rooms. The rooms were very clean and had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast was great in the morning and the breakfast lady ensured we had everything we wanted and needed. If ever in the area again we will be staying here.
