I love this hotel. I’ve been coming here for 2 years, visiting every month. Not once have I had a dirty room. The beds are enough to put you to sleep because they’re so comfy. I’m a runner and knowing I always have a hot bath to get into is nice. The rooms are up-to-date and there’s never been an issue with the Wi-Fi or the TVs. There’s never been an issue with the heating/AC either. The breakfast is always made on time and always up to par. I never leave hungry. The staff are always friendly and willing to do almost every accommodation you may ask. They know the area well and are willing to suggest the place to eat or visit. Let’s not talk about them trying to find you the best deal on rates. When it’s summer time, the pool is clean and there’s never too many people to where I can’t relax. The Hilton has a lot to offer but this hotel is reasonable in price and it’s always a pleasant stay.

Excellent hotel! Clean, staff were friendly, everything worked as it should. I did not try the free breakfast so I can not comment on this. Felt safe at this hotel. What you would expect for a hotel of this quality.

My group chooses this hotel year after year we are never disappointed. It is only 2 exits from IND Indianapolis Airport and they just renovated, so the entire place is brand new. We go to Honduras to provide dental care for the people there and upon check in,we were greeted with custom welcome signs, flags,and photos as well as a drink and snack reception in the meeting room just for us! Also,our flight was delayed 5 hours on our return trip and they were able to get rooms for us last minute so we could all rest! Amazing and thank you!

When you stay at this hotel, be mindful of the documents you sign during check-in, because you are agreeing with their policy of charging however much they want for your stay. Even if the amount is listed on the form, they can and will change it even several days after check-out. You will be accused of damaging property even though their is no proof of them seeing you damage it on camera, you get accused just because you are the last customer to leave the room, and staff is totally blameless. I highly recommend that you take photos of the entire room contents with a time stamp to have proof you left without damaging anything. They will charge you an inflated amount for a used item to replace it with a new item with no receipt or serial number to show what the damaged item's value would be. Charges are made in house so the Corporate customer service cannot help even though I sent them 4 letters to help pursuade management that they need proof they actually witnessed us damaging property, a revised receipt unsigned by us was sent to our credit card issuer, a claim that management reached out to us when they found damage, which is not true, we contacted them 6 days after discovering the extra charge and management wouldn't speak to us for several days after the first contact, and then claimed we were rude and yelled at her but who wouldn't be after being charged 700.00 for a used tv that we did not damage? This is not how we expected to be treated as Silver Elite Reward Members of IHG and have stayed at this hotel many, many times for Indianapolis Colts football games which we have been season ticket holders for 20 years. There are numerous hotels at the location we could have chosen but always preferred this hotel. Management had the nerve to tell us we could stay the next booked date about a month later like they were doing us a favor!! I have sent emails to the owners group of this hotel and have not even received a response from them after contacting them over 2 weeks ago. It is just devastating as a loyal customer to be treated this way and to be made to pay 700.00 for damage we did not commit. We are senior citizens that were trying to enjoy a weekend in Indianapolis attending a Colts game, and this will be a bad nightmare that I don't think we will ever get over, unless of course our second attempt to dispute the charge is successful. This hotel will lose way more in hotel stays by us than charging for a used tv with no visual proof of us damaging it. There has to be more to this than what the management has provided to us, but I guess we will never know with this particular management on staff.

I don't normally stay at Holiday inn but decided to try based on TripAdvisor reviews. The check-in was easy and the room was large and very comfortable. I would recommend staying off the 3rd floor if noise bothers you. Planes landing at the nearby airport can be annoying. I turned the fan on to run continuously and eliminated most of the noise. If you are staying for more than one day, they do not service the room, which is the popular thing to do nowadays. Should notify of that at check-in if that is your policy. The breakfast area was very good and Carmen made that experience very pleasant. She worked non-stop and should be commended. Overall and good experience and I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Horrible working staff, forgot a pair of expensive headphones in a room, immediately called once i realized, told me i had to wait until morning for housekeeping. proceeded to call in the morning and they claimed to have not found them, but i know for certain they were left in the room, they even sounded sketchy over the phone, beds were also poorly made if made at all, had to ask for new towels housekeeping wouldn’t replenish them. would not recommend staying here

Good afternoon, Thank you for the feedback, but it was not warranted. I apologize that you forgot your apparently expensive EarPods in the room. We are not responsible for belongings left behind by our guests, but we do our best to get things back to who they belong to. If you could email me with the room you stayed in and the date of check-out, that would be great. We did find some EarPods in a room, but unfortunately the housekeeper did not remember the room she found them in, so we could not reach out. The front desk did not know, because there was not proper communication, which I apologize about. Looks like they did an update but had someone cheap do it , bathroom shower falling off the wall and bed sheets stained bad , but the price was good , there a lot of other places to stay that was nicer that was around

2 night stay 1st night bed was hard pillows were lacking and needed more. 2nd night only 1 towel for 2 people had to dry off with hand towel... we went to breakfast on last day to find it completely pulled before posted hours.. do not recommend this location and will not return

Dear notobypass, I am sorry to see your stay was less than satisfactory. I would like to discuss your concerns. Our mattresses are new, so yes, they are probably still nice and firm. Unfortunately we cannot provide the preferred type of mattress for each of our guests. There are a total of 4 pillows on each bed- 2 firm pillows, and 2 soft (feather) pillows, so our guests can choose which ones they prefer. Unfortunately, if neither of those are to your liking, there is nothing more we can do. If on the 2nd morning you did not have extra/new towels, that means that you had your DND (do not disturb) sign on your door, turning down stayover housekeeping. As for breakfast, I have spoken to my breakfast staff and they stated they have not pulled breakfast early. I understand it's possible that's not the case, and we had a conversation about that. I apologize if you encountered that during your stay. Our breakfast times (as posted) are Mon-Fri 6AM-9AM and Sat-Sun 7AM-10AM. Please let me know if you have any further concerns. Great hotel, very clean. Rooms were spacious, beds and pillows comfortable. Had all the amenities. Clean bathroom. Great TV Channels. Coffee 24/7 and also in room. Great breakfast choices, hot and cold. Very helpful staff and housekeeping. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Air stale mildew, carpets felt gummy, elevator unwashed, no fans on, no windows operable, lights in hallways damaged, doors a struggle, came in late - refused to set aside a togo bag. Dove soap scent OVERWHELMING. No fan in bathroom. These are deep cleaning/ maintenance issues that looks undone for a year. Staff at desk- youth. No healthful options- beyond a banana, yogurt, packet of Oatmeal , bran no unsweetened granola and that 5 year old orange juice. Hey folks it's called milk alternatives- As long as they provide cinnamon buns,and grease, it's packed. Never again the stench of unaired hotel and Dove, a covid special. No masks. No bed bugs.
