We stayed over for a ND game, quick drive to the campus. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast was good! I would stay there again in the future. If you find a great deal for this hotel it is worth it!

Sadly , what should be a $ 99.00 hotel charges 360. 00 per night for a two night minimum for Notre Dame football weekends . Yes, it's conveniently located and a shuttle can take you back and forth to the game , but talk about price gauging !!!!! Good front desk service , but WAY overpriced !!!

Good hotel when things are busy in South Bend. It is our go-to hotel for football weekends. Clean and comfortable. Staff and owner are friendly. Only takes about 10 minutes to get to Notre Dame campus.

I don't stay at a lot of sleep inns but this one may change my mind. It was a nice small place that got the job done. I guess a lot of people stayed there for the Notre Dame game so the location of it is great also.

We stayed for the night in a handicap room at the Sleep Inn. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet and clean. The breakfast was typical roadside hotel breakfast. The room price was right especially for a night. The hotel had a guest laundry that we used as we were on a long trip. The only detraction was... More

Front desk staff were helpful on check-in. Room and bathroom were clean. A/C did not have the "continuous fan" run option like others we've stayed at, which helps keep sound levels constant. There was an odd smell outside our room each day, like a musty lead pencil smell. We could also smell it in the room, but not as bad.... More

Pleasant stay on the way to Chicago from Detroit. Quiet place, and clean rooms. Free breakfast and coffee. Staff were very nice and helpful. Overall it was a good hotel, near to town and a comfortable stay there.

Stayed here while dropping our son off at ND. Room and hotel were clean. Price was very fair for what we received. Didn't use pool so can't comment on it. Hotel has free wifi which worked well. Would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in my fair share of hotels, including the Washington Hilton, and I have to say, I prefer this. Much cheaper, very clean, and friendly staff. The breakfast was a little lacking, but we weren't expecting much to begin with. The bed was comfortable and didn't make a sound when you moved. There was a fully controllable air-conditioner/heater, we... More
