I made my reservation using the Choice Hotel Website and was immediately recognized as a Choice Privileges Member. The Front Desk employee was friendly and Professional. Check-in was quick and I was in my room in no time. My room was clean, well-attended with a very comfortable bed. This appears to be an older hotel and it is beginning to show some age. The walls are thin and you and hear people talking in a normal tone in adjacent rooms and in the hallway. Even routine conversation in the hallway could be heard in my room. The WiFi was strong and dependable and worked well throughout my stay. The parking lot was spacious and well lit. Overall, this was a reasonably price hotel, staffed with friendly, professional employees. Other than noisy guests this hotel was adequate for my one-night stay.

We had a fairly nice stay at this property. PROS: Comfy bed and pillows, great water pressure in the shower (often lacking at other hotels), spacious bathroom and vanity area and plenty of towels. The room itself was spacious with a small sitting area with couch and more than adequate outlets and USB ports to charge/plug in items. Large TV with lots of channels to choose from. Large breakfast room with hot breakfast items (sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy) along with cold cereal, yogurt, and fruit. The room had a coffeemaker, fridge, and microwave. CONS: Sofa and wood furniture somewhat worn. Worst complaint was the dirty floors, both the tiled area in the hall and bath and the carpet. We have found this to be the case in three other hotels we've recently stayed at. Best advice is to NEVER WALK BAREFOOT on the hotel floors. Most hotels are short-staffed and doing the best they can, but the floors should be as clean as possible and maybe hotels should only book as many guests as the housekeeping staff can keep up with.

On the second night of our stay (May 15th. - if the manager reads this, they should know it well), the third floor was overrun with overzealous guests and others from a little after midnight until 4:00 a.m. or so. The hotel staff was likely minimal at that moment, but nothing was done to remove these disturbances, which made my wife and I feel quite unsafe, as people were screaming in the hallways, pounding on doors, etc. Then, in the morning, when I went down to breakfast at 7:00 a.m., I found one of the partiers asleep in the stairwell. I can rarely think of a time when I felt LESS safe in a hotel, and I have stayed in places around the world. Then, to top it all off, when I asked the front desk for some consideration for the second night's rate, I was flatly denied and told "these things happen." No, they don't. Not at other hotel chains. If this is how Comfort Inn feels about their patrons, luckily there are other options available.

This is not your typical Comfort Inn, this is a complete dive. We booked online and as soon as we got there the red flags started. The woman at the front desk was not wearing a mask and neither were any of the interesting people in the lobby. When we got to our room we were disgusted. The bathroom sink had a brown stain in it that looked like chewing tobacco spit. There were fresh blood stains on the carpet and a large unknown stain on the couch. The desk in the room was broken and all scratched up. It looked like it came from a garage sale. (photos attached) That was it for us. We decided if this is their idea of a clean hotel room we had to get out of there. We shared our concerns with the woman at the front desk and asked for a refund because we were not going to stay at this hotel. She indicated that she didn't have the authority to issue a refund. Sadly I have been battling ever since with the Hotel Manager and Choice Hotels for a refund with no success. They are all willing to lose a formerly loyal customer over 100 bucks and a dump of a hotel. Do not book this hotel. The fact that it is right next to a strip club speaks volumes about this property. You won't see my review on the Choice Hotels website because you have to be invited by them to submit a review and they have conveniently not invited me to review this property even though we were invited to review the other two Choice Hotels we stayed at on our trip. To add insult to injury, I noticed that we were charged 13.00 more than the online reservation quote, and not only are they refusing to issue a refund, they are trying to double charge us for this stay on my credit card statement! We are done with Choice Hotels!

For the price you pay it’s a good hotel. Older building so you can hear people in other rooms but it’s not to bad. The breakfast was a joke, but it’s Covid. I wish there was a coffee maker in the room. Last, if you have difficulty walking the parking lot is not safe in the winner for elderly or small children. Ryan is awesome by the way. Nice guy.
