April 2017, 9 of us went on a Donsol Eco tour including Malapascua, Ticao Island and would be the little red ants but they weren't too bad. Breakfast is cooked to order with a good choice, dinner is a buffet ith plenty to pick from. As we were divers all our lunches were ordered and eaten on the boats, the...

Stayed 3 nights with full board. Nice beachfront huts. Several free roaming horses around the compound. Cool! Good: Resort area is very quiet n peaceful. Clean room and sheets. Great food especially the Chicken Adobo n Grilled Chicken. Great service, very friendly staff. They even arranged a surprise candlelit dinner outside our hut for our special occasion! Beautiful n romantic...

We went there as it is the nearest resort to Manta Bowl ( 30 minutes) which is supposed to be the santuary and cleaning station for manta rays. And we were in luck. We saw manta rays and given the right time saw whale sharks also at our dive. We did 6 dives and saw 12 manta rays and 14...

I was scheduled for a 2 week trip to Ticao Island in January 2017. I have been visiting the Philippines annually for over 10 years and always in December/January. This January 2017 had the worse weather I have ever experienced. That is nature and although it is frustrating, this is beyond anyone's control. The winds were blowing hard and trash...

We stayed at the resort as a family and relaxed at the resort whilst our daughter went diving during the day. It is principally a dive resort where our daughter was fortunate enough to dive with both huge whale sharks and graceful manta ray. She went diving 3 times a day for 3 days and during her 9 dives encountered...

Well, this place is really amazing! We falled in love with this island and this resort. Very quiet, clean, wild, and beautiful! You can feel the local ambiant. The staff is really really nice! Vicky (the manager) do all her best you to feel comfortable. Everybody is smiling. Diving in manta bowl (30min from the resort) is just crazy, and...

The resort has dirty common toilets (no flush, no tissue), dirty ceilings (with cobwebs), dirty beach, wifi signal is verg weak and the service staff failed to provide their best to relieve our inconvenience. We also smelled the bad odor of the common toilet from our Cabana. The Manager of the resort asked us to move to another Cabana but the...

We spent 2 night at the resort at the end of our Philippines trip. The Resort staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. They organised a pick up from our previous resort in Donsol and arranged transport through to the airport in Legaspi. The accommodation was really clean and the food all cooked to order. Fresh baked bread,...

The pricing would inply this is a top notch resort. It in not. Their staff is most welcomming and accomodating, and the houseweeping is excellent. However the standard of the facilities does not live up to the standard you would expect given the pricetag. All over the resort you will encounter toilets without functioning flushing, dripping water faucets. it is...

Ticao Island Resort is your home away from home. The place is utterly serene, it's a paradise! Resort staff are very warm, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are simple yet relaxing and well-kept. Not to mention the huge serving of meal that can feed 2 or more people. I originally planned to take Advance Open Water Course here, however, due...
