Stayed four nights. Clean, nicely decorated. Friendly motel owner. Tried to accommodate us for fifth night but motel was full. Quiet. Close to Hutchs Cafe. Good food and a absolutely great Sunday buffet.

We have stayed there several times and will stay there again. They are very friendly, and always courteous and accomodating! The rooms are always clean and fresh. They always ask if everything is ok! I would always highly recommend them to anyone traveling in that area. Linda H. Omaha NE

The staff was very friendly. The room seemed like it was closed up for a long time. Very humid in the room. The shower looked like there was mold. We could smell cigarette smoke all the time from the room next door. The motel needs a facelift. This would work for a truck driver passing through but not a family...

The guy running the hotel is super-friendly on the phone and in person, and you can tell he really loves his town and loves what he does. You know his motel is kind of a big deal in Sac City because...
