This property would be ok for a group of adults or a family with older children. We booked it as 2 families with young children and found it unsuitable and very overpriced for the standard of accommodation. The house needs a good clean as there were cobwebs, dead flies and dust everywhere. On arrival the house was full of flies,...

This was the highlight of our trip so far, beautiful house, lovely countryside and we were made so welcome it made us feel part of the family, we will definitely be back. We had only booked in for one night but stayed for two, the first in a room inside the chateau opening onto the terrace with the biggest shower...

We found the European experience we were looking for at Chateau De Fajac. Beautiful castle with gorgeous peaceful surrounds and a very welcoming and extremely fun family to share this experience with. Just what we were looking for. The rooms were so very spacious and romantic, and the hospitality so very warm, we had to stay a couple of extra...

We had a wonderful stay here. It is beautifully quiet and peaceful and you just want to soak up the countryside. We only wished we had had more time. We were so well looked after, served delicious breakfast, advised about what to see in the area and generally warmly welcomed by Delores and Claude. It's perfectly placed between Toulouse and...

The Château is an absolutely stunning place! I'm sure Lola will take a moment to show you the articles and awards dedicated to her interior design, but do spend some time exploring the grounds and the woods as well, it's a truly idyllic place to relax and recharge. Dolores and Claude are such friendly and accommodating hosts, inviting you to...

Our 5 day stay here was amazing, staying in Felicie was something new for us but it was quiet, comfortable and very romantic. Dolores the hostess was one of the most genuine and lovely people that you'd ever meet. Nothing was too much trouble and the food that was served was fresh, local and very tasty. The location is simply...

A destination of real character with a really fascinating history. Make sure you explore the surrounding area including the beautifully preserved town of Mirepoix which is not far away. The welcome and hospitality here is exceptional and the peace and quiet in the countryside is wonderful. Large parties as well as smaller groups are catered for and there is a...

They aren't many chateau's where the owner essentially treats you like a member of the family and you have free run of the kitchen, you get to take the dogs for a walk and breakfast is taken on the terrace with organic fresh ingredients whilst a group of actors prepare to put Moliere on for the summer tour!! Dolores is...

The staff of the hotel (owners) are very friendly and make you feel at home and welcome. The Chateau is located 20 km from Castelnaudary on a small paved road. Interior of rooms and public areas is a trendy, theater like style. It makes you feel you are staying in a boutique hotel in a big city without the noise...
