Road to this place is scary! poor signage at the junction. we all went there at night. cant really believe it there is hotel insight. However, friendly staff during check in. clean room but can hear sounds from next door, people talking. wifi not working at all!

We are working on to replacing a bigger signboard now and improving the wifi as we could, as we are located on top of the hill so wifi coverage is limited. I contacted Sky, the owner, who promptly answered my requests, organized everything for my stay and also hired a tour around the town. Unfortunately I couldn't meet him but his staff was extremely efficient and friendly and arranged transportation for the next morning. The place is amazing. Nice hotel on the mountains with an incredible view and close to Mount Kinabalu. Clean, tidy comfortable room. They provide washing machine and kitchen so you can cook your own meals, very helpful. I have not enough words to thank Sky and Pyis for such a great time! You made my time in Kundasang memorable. See you next time ;)

Clean room with beautiful view. Well kept. They have washing machine in front the rooms. They also have kitchen for the guest to use. A place to meditate and take life decisions.. A must visit place. Thank you to the staffs for keeping the place clean and beautiful.

The place is incredibly clean and staffs are extremely helpful and friendly the entire stay. The manager even went beyond by picking me and my friend up to tour the area. The place is surrounded by beautiful nature and is always cooling. Plenty of amenities here such as washing machine and water dispenser. Especially we are very foreign to the place, the manager and his staff even helped to coordinate with the bus company so we can reach our destination safely. If you are looking for great hospitality and also a comfy place to stay and enjoy the cooling air of Kundasang, look no further than Skyville Zen Resort. The place is very reasonable and worth every penny you spent.
