Good location, along the road. No need for steep hill climbing. Place is easy to find too. Check in was breeze. Clean living area. Need to remove shoe before entering. Room given at the ground floor within the building itself. Adequate sized room, two big double bed. Clean sheets and towel provided. Warm blanket. Toilet was clean with very hot water and water pressure. Surprisingly, basic toiletries was provided as well (mini soap and shampoo) together with kettle and instant coffee. Kitchen located outside the room (sharing). Clean and well equipped. Another sink provided at the pantry (outside the kitchen) for washing dishes. Fridge, microwave, hot water and coffee tea available at the pantry too. There is tv in the hall but we didn’t use it. Very good wifi within the room. Very quiet and comfortable. The staffs were always inside the staff room and that actually made us very comfortable and gave us extra privacy going up and down to the kitchen. Perfect mountain view in the morning. Check out wwas abreeze too. Overall, highly recommended.
Minus points:
A bit of houseflies within the room. Having the fan on was helpful. Perhaps insect repellent should be provided. Also, the windows could use netting as we would like to enjoy the cold weather, but there are mosquitoes is left open.

Clean and modern Homestay surrounded by beautiful green hills and mountains and lovely restaurants within walking distance. The beds were really comfortable and they had Netflix which was a bonus! I didn’t have a car so initially thought I wouldn’t be able to visit Kundasang. However, I was able to get a bus from Kota Kinabalu and the lovely family from the Homestay picked me up in their car from Kundasang town. They also very kindly took me to see various places in and around Kundasang during my stay! They were so kind and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back!

Stayed for 2 nights and it was awesome. We booked a room facing Mount Kinabalu. What a view! Great hospitality. Water, coffee and tea are complimentary. The shared kitchen is fully equipped.
Woke up to green pastures is a real treat from the city scapes.
Nights are quiet and dark, just the peace we needed.
This place is also walking distance to at least 2 restaurants. Just to note to have dinner before 9pm.

My group of 12 paxs stayed at this Homestay for 1 night, regret didn't stay longer.
The Homestay is easy to find, only a short drive from Kundasang town. The staff are friendly and helpful. We notice there's some renovations going on at the place and it is a little messy. Parking is available at the entrance of the Homestay. When we arrived, it was raining and windy, thus was cloudy, cold and wet. But that didn't spoil our holiday and infact, we love and enjoyed the cool weather. For the whole night, we could hear the howling wind blowing against the windows and the falling raindrops. We stayed in the rooms upstairs with stunning view of Mt Kinabalu from the balcony. The rooms are clean and of reasonable size with attached bath and toilet. But they don't provide any toiletries, please bring your own. The beds are comfortable with clean sheets, pillows and blankets. This place is relatively new.
As there's cooking facilities provided in the Homestay, we had a simple breakfast before proceeding to Desa Cattle Farm which is about 10 minutes away.
Downside is the water in the bathroom after showering does not flow away thus flooding the bathroom. Hope the owner will rectify the problem.
Would definitely recommend this place if you have own transport.

We spent 1 night there. We were a big group (20 inclusive of children). We almost had the whole place to ourselves. Very helpful host, the family rooms had cooking facilities. My room had a stunning view of the mountain. Mersilau and the Dairy farm was just 10 minutes away.
Felt the stay was too short. Would definitely stay here during my next trip to Kundasang.

We stayed here for 3 nights so that we could visit Kundasang Town and Kinabalu National Park. The homestay itself is just out of Kundasang, not really walkable so getting to and from the town for dinner requires hitching a lift. There is the family restaurant next door that does basic meals and breakfast that we were happy to have, very cheap too.
The room with a balcony is certainly worth it. The views of the valley and the mountain (when it's clear in the morning) are beautiful. We visited Desa Dairy Farm and Sosodikon Hill while we were there, its also only 15 mins in the car to Kinabalu National Park if you want to do the self-guided routes.
Rooms are lovely, well kept, clean and comfortable. The owners are great too, very genuinely lovely people who are happy to help.

Booked this homestay through agoda. With its facilities, the price is good. Its kinda new and they are still building some more rooms anda restaurant.
We booked the studio unit with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Its quite comfy and very chilly at night.
Due to its location a bit off from main road, during night its very quiet. Manage to took some night sky pictures due to clear sky.
During the early morning, the Kinabalu peak stares directly to us, it was a very nice feeling.

We stayed 1 night in the 3 bedroom unit and it come with a lovely balcony that offer great view of Kundasang town and stunning view of Mt Kinabalu in the early morning. Our kids love it so much and we end up spending a lot of time at balcony. The homestay is new and very clean. Some common pantry facilities like fridge, microwave oven, drinking water are also provided which is handy.
The owner came to us personally to greet us and provided us a lot of useful suggestions for visiting. There is a restaurant within walking distance operated by the same family, the menu is limited but the food is good and at very affordable price.
The only downside of this homestay is the soundproof of room is not good, the noise from the corridor can be quite disturbing especially at the night.

Awesome view. I love the house. Comfortable and clean. Good facilities except there is no tv yet for level 2 (they still wait for Astro to come). I really love this place.
Clean room, clean towel, clean bathroom. Still underconstruction for lepaking place but its ok. Near to Desa Dairy Farm which I went there twice just to catch a nice view of Mount Kinabalu.
Near to Restoran Selera Kebun. Only 2 block away from this homestay.
Overall : Recommended!
