Check in on13/9/2019. The room was flooded & full of spider web. It is totally not stayable. We request for clean up but nobody bother. We have no alternative but to check out immediately as we are unable stay over inside the flooded room. Very bad.

Stunning view of Mount Kinabalu especially during sunrise. You need to wake up early, around 5.30am to enjoy the view and lovely weather. Despite the spectacular view, the resort should improve their service and ensuring well maintenance. The toilet, the room need to be really clean and up to the standard.
