Great hotel, thought the restaurant main meals were a bit pricey though especially as you didn't get any sides with your meal really other than chips! My fish was not great and apparently the ribs were a bit odd tasting . We also waited over an hour for our food which is fine when you are traveling with friends but...

Very friendly staff, beautiful location and delicious food! The road to get there is bad even with a 4x4, but once you get there it is worth it. The rooms are quite basic, but comfortable. Super friendly Sylvia gave us a free upgrade to a bigger family room with 2 en suite batrooms! Chris the kitchen manager always came out...

A simple down to earth establishment that is focussed more on the nature available on site than on the brand of tea bags or whether the linen is from Egypt or Maseru. A family destination that has plenty to offer people looking to relax amongst sights and scents of a natural kind. Stunning birds, trees, estuaries and beaches.

Loved our visit to The Haven. The hotel was homely and the staff friendly and efficient. Nicola and Grant are lovely people and the face of the hotel. There is a lot to do.....walks, swims.... Just feel that the hotel deserves more publicity!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Nicola is a friendly hostess that did everything in her power to answer our questions - she even arranged for me to have lamb curry (out of this world) when it was actually fish night. The food was absolutely fantastic! The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful.

A wonderful setting and welcoming reception. A real gem of the Wild Coast with its outstanding lighthouse. A restful place to escape the "Instant world" and be at one with nature and with management who are at one with nature and real values.

A very family friendly resort in a wonderful & remote part of the wild coast. Very relaxed & unfussy, fairly basic, but all essentials covered. Good food, well stocked bar & very pleasant atmosphere. I think it would be even nicer if vehicles weren't parked right outside the rooms|

Lovely people - good wholesome food - comfy bedrooms - Great place to go for a real holiday - especially if you want a break from cooking and house chores. We enjoyed the other guests and found everyone chilled and friendly - We felt very safe and enjoyed the golf, tennis and the great beach

Returned after nearly 30 years with new family. We loved it. Superb value and a genuine desire by proprietors to deliver rustic charm with uncompromising comfort...... now just to get the larger extended family back!
