This is a beautiful place to stay, Caroline was amazingly sweet to us. Seeing the hard work and love she put into the lodge was mesmerizing. My husband and I loved everything about this place. The speaker system was amazing, we could hear the birds chirping and the wonderful outdoors lulled us to sleep each night. The bathroom was amazing,...

We stayed 3 nights in early May/2015 and found this unique hideaway cabin to be so delightful. We had a wonderful stay, with Caroline being so helpful and kind. Our favorites about the cabin were all the wood surroundings, handmade and handcarved items, lots of windows, comfortable bed, and especially the nice, clean hot tub and unusual bathroom. It was...

(see 3 photos) A separate room has a hot tub which...

Caroline was more than accommodating to us and the Lodge was picture perfect. We enjoyed visiting her and family while there, hiking the property, enjoyed the hot tub, cooking on the 1940's styled...

I really was pleased with our stay. Caroline was an absolute sweetheart, she gave us a great tour and showed us where everything was. The kitchen really does have anything you might need. The bathroom was really neat with the log sink, waterfall shower, and the rock water floor. The bedwas cozy and comfy and there were plenty of extra...

Caroline, the owner/manager/host is the most amazing lady we have ever met! She is very kind and has a heart of gold. She built this lodge in memory...
