Room was nice, bed comfortable, and everything was clean. However, the clerk on duty when we checked in about 8:30 pm was not welcoming and I felt that we had either woken her up or disturbed whatever she had been doing prior to our arrival. Breakfast was okay and not up to the standards that we've had at other Comfort...

We used this for just a place to sleep in our cross country road trip. The staff accommodated us even after or reservation through Expedia didn't show up. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. My only complaint was there was no black out curtains so the parking lot light beamed into our room. Breakfast didn't have a...

Arrived on property 9/20/16 with a bus tour group and went in to get the room keys for the passengers. I had called in advance to make them aware of my ETA and they were not ready for us when we arrived. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough. The next morning, they were out of almost everything for the...

Rooms were clean, and the shower and beds were great! Staff was pleasant at 1 am when we checked in. We caught about 12 pokemon. Would stay again. We just needed a place to sleep between our two day road trip.

We were traveling home from Colorado and we were very weary from driving. We called Hampton Inn and they were full so they recommended Comfort Inn. What a BAD recommendation! We paid $99 for 1 night and would have better staying at the Econo for $45. When we got to our "suite", there was black mold in the toilet, the...

I'll say it again......Stay anywhere but here!!! If you want a free breakfast, forget about it. They ran out of EVERYTHING by 8:00 am on a Saturday......no bread, no butter, no cereal, no coffee, NO NOTHING. The refrigerator was also broken and we had to throw away our sandwiches that we had planned to eat later that afternoon. The "Executive...

This appears to have been a really nice place when it was Comfort Inn. However it is no longer associated with them, even though they have not changed the sign. The room itself was nice and appeared to be clean and very large. No complaints at all with the room. The hallways were not air conditioned and were sweltering. None...

We booked this property, now the Junction City Inn and Suites, because it is listed as having an indoor pool. Arrived to find the pool is closed - for at least a month. Just booked two days before arrival. Left and canceled our reservation.

There was some confusion about the hotels name. Our reservation had us staying at the Junction City Inn and Suites. The actual hotel was previously the Comfort Inn and Suites which had been sold and is no longer a comfort inn franchise but still has the signage and is using the comfort inn products for the inn room amenities. The...

We were in town for a wedding and stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The first thing we saw when we arrived was that the pool and hot tub were closed. Disappointing, but oh well. The front desk attendant who checked us is was friendly, so that was good. Room was large and spacious and would have been very inviting...
