Stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. Good for families although the room is a bit small. The lady working breakfast, Shondria, was fantastic. She was kind, provided great service and made is feel right at home.

My room was very clean. I only stayed one night but had no problems. Sheets, toilet and tub, all clean. They do have housekeeping in case you're wondering. It is a little older but my suite had every amenity and then some.

Don't worry at all, about what the maids should have noticed in the cabinets. We looked carefully at the six or so ceiling holes, trying to figure out what happened. They seemed to be a little smaller than a dime, and clear through the sheetrock. I'm curious to know what really did happen. Hopefully, they didn't originate from the room above. I don't doubt what you saw, as they were possible in the midst of repair when we saw the holes. If we ever go back, I may request that same room, just to see what they've done to it,...Ha!
We missed any firework show that night, because we were a couple of miles to the east watching the Dave Matthews Band concert at the amphitheater. The next day we thoroughly enjoyed The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, in KC MO.
