I stayed at the Hillcrest Motel the first night of my vacation. After riding on a 90+ degree Day, the motel was a welcome sight. The staff was friendly. My room was a single. The room was small but I was only staying the night. It was clean. The fridge kept my beer and water cold. The TV was big...

Dated motel but clean and comfortable. Building needs some t.l.c. Budget priced. City park adjoins the property so the kids can play .Restaurant and store across the street. Fridge and microwave in the room. Cereal and muffins for breakfast.

Straight out of the 1950s. Small rooms with little insulation, so they aren't cozy or quiet. Big TV. No hair dryers. Rooms do have a small refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable bed, no hair dryers. Very clean. Not a bad place for a one-night stop on a road trip.

For a cheap overnight motel, this is a good choice. Very clean room, micro/fridge, very large flat screen TV with many channels including FNC, in room coffee, and decent beds. Sure the motel is older but for $45 for a single, the price can't be beat. One downside was there was no working ice machine so plan on that until...

Overall, this was one of the best budget motels we've stayed at. Price was $50 for a room with 2 queen beds, fridge, microwave, in-room coffee, Wi-Fi (that actually worked very well), huge TV screen, table and 2 chairs, and a free breakfast. The room was clean and spacious, and the beds (room 32) were very comfortable. Shampoo and facial...

This an older motel but the owners have taken care to provide newer appliances such as refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and air conditioner. All the appliances worked just fine. The TV is probably the largest flat-screen TV I have seen in any hotel: 48 or 50 inches! The bedding was new and clean, and the bathroom was also clean. Breakfast...

After reading mixed reviews I was hesitant but Jay at the front desk let me see my room (#21) before making a decision. Not white glove clean but certainly OK for overnight. Drive right up to your door which makes it so much easier to load/unload luggage/laptop, etc. Older decor but there was a nice big wall mounted flat screen...

We've stayed at the Hillcrest a few times while visiting family in the area. It's not the Taj Mahal, but it works for the price. Ac/heating unit is a bit noisy but it drowns out the rest of the outside noises. Tip: ask for extra pillows or bring your own as the ones provided are pretty thin.

Traveling through Norton there is not a huge choice of places to stay. I found the Hillcrest to be accommodating, not new but in good condition, easy parking and clean. This is not the Hyatt but it works fine at a good nightly rate. There is also space to walk your dog or park your trailer. You can stroll across...

There are few choices in Norton, but I'd recommend avoiding this one. We opted to save money by staying here and regretted it. Smell was horrid, things were ugly and in disrepair. Beds were thin, ancient and uncomfortable. AC was very loud and you can't turn it off or the smell comes back. Shower was very old and towels were...
